Update February 2020! Since working with Becky I can now ski for the first time in many years without using a knee brace.
Becky runs pilates classes in the Colchester area that are fun and professional. She manages to enable her class to work out at different levels without disruption and is always ensuring that exercises are undertaken correctly.

Since joining the class, I have found the whole experience very enjoyable with the option of being able to work at different levels depending on the weeks aches and pains..! Becky has a great connection with everyone in the class and spends time with each individual to correct and help with the movement- exercise etc..I always come out a lot more relaxed than when i went in..
