Had a trial session with Maria at a beautiful historical barn last night. I class myself as a beginner and someone who does not exercise, Maria explained clearly the yoga movements and how they should feel, the class had an amazing vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed the session and will definitely be returning on a regular weekly basis. 5star yoga class.
Maria is a great yoga teacher, her style and technique are class apart.
I’ve had couple of 1-2-1 sessions with Maria to focus on strengthening my glutes /quads and abs. Maria takes the time to explain each pose, ensuring the technique is correct and the student is benefiting from the session. She is a very patient, motivating and knowledgeable instructor.
If you are looking for a yoga instructor, then look no further Maria is your person.

Maria is a simply wonderful yoga teacher. I have particularly looked forward to her class over lockdown because she’s managed to specifically target exercises for my back, neck, shoulders and wrists - all potential problem areas when you are sat at a desk all day. I leave her class feeling fully ‘stretched out’, strong and energised yet relaxed. Her injury rehab/physio background means she understands our bodies and what we need in a way many other yoga teachers don’t. And she’s great at pitching the practice at the level you need. I can’t recommend her classes highly enough.
I have started to have 1-1 personal training sessions with Maria to build my strength, general fitness and mobility. I really enjoy the added element of functional yoga in the sessions and leave feeling really strong and more mobile especially through my hips and mid back which are the areas I am struggling with at the mo. I highly recommend her due to her experience and knowledge as a rehab instructor too, plus she is really lovely!
Maria’s classes are brilliant. Perfectly paced, super friendly and no doubt enhanced by her vast experience as a health care professional. She will carefully guide and encourage you whatever level you happen to be at. Highly recommended.

Have just been on Maria's WhatsApp mobility/ yoga sessions..SOOOO GOOD!
Really handy format on WhatsApp could do the classes when I wanted which was fantastic, also such a wide variety of moves very helpful, Maria is so friendly and really good at explaining each move as she went along,I didn't feel out of my depth at all.
All in all very happy !!
Maria has fantastic knowledge around Yoga and how to adapt it to help different people's health issues. I always feel relax after a yoga class with Maria.
I subscribed to Maria's 7 day Move Strong Move Better WhatsApp programme. I received a daily 15 minute instructional video for 7 days. Each session focused on a specific area on which to work. She has a fantastic teaching style, is very relaxed and encouraging and able to offer personalised alternatives should any of the exercises prove too difficult. She is responsive to questions and clearly an expert in her field.
While it might be a tad too much to say that I 'enjoyed' the sessions (not being a huge fan of physical exercise regimes), I found them easy to follow and effective. I highly recommend these sessions and Maria as an instructor.
