K. a. J. M.I am so glad I found Jaime's classes! During a very difficult time recently I was advised to try yoga as a way to look after my body and mind. I've now been taking part in Jaime's classes for 6 months and I am enjoying every moment. Jaime has an amazing way of putting you totally at ease whilst also encouraging you to try new things and push a little further. When I lead such a hectic busy life as a working mum, I find sanctury in my weekly yoga sessions, and I look forward to many more.
