D. D.I did the basic weekly beginners course in mindfulness; the price was extremely good value in comparison to many other courses I've done costing far more with less reward. Personally and you could see for the other dozen participants this was a truly transformative course offering a basic understanding of mindfulness, dispelling myths, giving the tools to practice alone and be more in touch with the Now, thereby allowing one to learn to let go, reducing stress, anxiety and giving a sense of happy acceptance. This course will challenge you but if you genuinely apply yourself, you can make huge differences to your physical and mental health / sense of well being. Best few hundred quid I've spent in years 🙏🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
