f.The Luna classes are truly amazing. Laura is so in tune with the atmosphere that she creates that it is a thoroughly refreshing experience. The yoga moves are stimulating and the relaxation is extremely unique. I attended nct pregnancy yoga and could never relax, I was therefore so surprised that post natally the relaxation is a tune with me thanks to Laura's hard work. She makes you feel at ease to the point where the session makes you feel like you've been to a spa. I have found it a great experience to have some dedicated me time after the birth of my baby and has facilitated me in regaining myself after the birth. I would highly recommend this to anyone, it's great!

As a first time mum to be I found it really difficult to relax and be at ease with the physical and mental changes during pregnancy - Laura really put me at ease and introduced me to a new was to relax. She is a very kind and caring teacher who gives good advice and adds a special personal touch. I would recommend this course to all mums to be :)
S. W.I couldn't recommend the Yogabellies class more, I really look forward to this class every Saturday, it takes the stress and strains of the week away and makes me feel great for the weekend! Each week Laura covers a different topic from birthing positions to what we'll need in our hospital bags, as a first time mummy to be I've found all of this info invaluable! And as an added bonus we get a chocolate biscuit at the end of each class!
B. M.Feeling good and relaxed after joining the class.. I joined the class after 24 weeks and that time i was struggling with leg cramps. Laura is a wonderful yoga teacher, she suggested me some stretches, yoga poses for cramps and hats off to her i got relief after trying that stretches. Love the class a lot.
