Chloe has transformed my life! After only a few online one to one sessions i am a new person. Having hypermobility, i have suffered back issues all my life. These sessions have brought me new awareness of myself, tools i can use everyday, and a stronger healthier body. I am no longer in constant pain.
Chloe is very experienced and understood issues i was having and taylored everything to my needs. She is patient and friendly and adaptable, and just awesome. I would recommend online sessions (or in -person if you're local) to anyone.

I have loved having Chloe as my Pilates 1 to 1 instructor. I was recommended by my sister and booked 5 half an hour sessions. I have learnt so much about my posture, with exercises to work on my posture and my carpel tunnel. I no longer have the lower back pain and Chloe has given me lots of exercises I can practice between sessions. My carpal tunnel is more under control. I look forward to my session all week! I've been seeing Chloe for Pilates classes at Ändra Health in Melbourne since January. I feel I should say that I am someone who has pretty high standards, and I don't readily give reviews. I hope that gives you some idea as to why I am taking the time to thoroughly 5* Chloe's work!
I came to Chloe as someone who had spent the past 3 years battling/overcoming anxiety, depression, a binge eating disorder, PCOS and with all of this, chronic immobility, weight gain and joint/muscle pain. As a professional musician (I'm an accordionist), and a dancer for fun, I need my body to be there for me!
What moved me to come to classes with Chloe in the first place was severe back, neck and shoulder pain during and after playing gigs. I also made the decision to start exercising and dancing again this year but wanted to ease my body back into movement after so long doing absolutely nothing.
Chloe's classes are small. 4 people max. This is PERFECT for me as my anxiety in group exercise classes has had me in tears in the middle of the class before now. Not with Chloe! She manages to assess each client throughout the class whilst still maintaining a flow and rhythm that everyone can keep up with. She makes it very clear to only do what your body is capable of at the time whilst still encouraging you to reach your limit.
Because of the specifics of my muscle and joint pain, I've also been seeing Chloe privately for 1-2-1 sessions with the Wunda Chair. These sessions are intensive and I don't find them easy! But I feel Chloe is 100% on board and engaged with my reasons for exercise and she encourages me in a way that works for me. There's no pressure to perform harder or for longer, only to keep trying and to do the best that I'm able to. She tells me my body will get stronger and more flexible in time as long as I keep trying and work hard to make it do the things it finds hard (aka the things I've avoided for many years!). The Wunda Chair is a great bit of kit that's fully adjustable to suit me. It's an intense workout but I can really feel how it's helping to strengthen my body beyond just mat exercise.
Chloe's explanations are very thorough. I feel that she's equipping me with knowledge about my body that I wasn't aware of. As a musician herself, Chloe understands the need for good posture and muscle coordination in order to perform at ease and I feel totally safe in her expert hands. Her insight into where my body best needs attention, and what exercises are appropriate, is really quite astounding.
I'm writing this having just finished my 4th 1-2-1 session with Chloe. I'm already feeling better balance in my body. My shoulders are improving and I'm no longer waking in pain during the night. Pain during gigs is greatly improved too! We've identified the areas that need specific focus and are working towards improving strength in these areas for overall flexibility and mobility.
I really can't recommend Chloe enough. She's just fantastic and a real treasure to have found! Thank you Chloe! I can't wait to get back in shape!

Chloe is an amazing teacher!
When I first started zoom classes with Chloe I was quite a complex case, not only was I 10 weeks post partem I have complex medical issues (PoTS and joint hypermobility). I was however very keen to get back doing some exercise again and Chloe made me feel confident doing this.
She has so much knowledge in so many areas i honestly feel so very lucky to have found her. She got me completely and was able to help me in ways other instructors I know would have not.
She has gone above and beyond and has also facilitated a support group with others that take the same zoom class and suffer with the same medical conditions as I do. She is always on hand to help out with any questions I have as well. On top of this and probably most importantly, she's a lovely lovely lady. Always so chatty and bubbly, Chloe really is a breath of fresh air.
I intend to stay taking her classes for as long as she will have me, they really are a highlight of my week.

After several years of searching for a Pilates instructor who understands the issues I have I am so happy to have found Chloe. The exercises have been so helpful and Chloe is excellent at explaining, demonstrating and tailoring to my specific needs. I have been recommending her to my friends and family and have just signed up for my next set of classes.

I am a POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) patient and my condition started getting worse roughly a year ago which made me feel devastated. I used to do sports my whole life but suddenly everyday life was difficult on its own. I felt lost, hopeless - exercise was my way of relieving stress and now it was gone. That's when I found Chloe - or when Chloe found me, rather. It was in the beginning of the first lockdown and she just started uploading pilates videos on YouTube which I started doing every other day - she gave me confidence again. In the summer, she started a POTS/EDS specific class on Zoom where being with other people with similar struggles and tackling challenges that most people might not find hard made me feel empowered: I knew I wasn't alone. And even though we have not (yet) met in person, I consider them my little POTS-family.
Chloe is much more than a pilates instructor or a personal trainer - she is a friend and a role model and whenever I have a harder day I just think of her and how far she has come. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does and I can recommend her to anyone with or without a condition.

I recently had Chloe for a Pilates class at JD and she was amazing!
So well knowledgable and passionate about what she does.
I really liked the way Chloe checked to see if we were doing each pose correctly and was on hand to help us if we found it a litttle difficult by showing us different alternatives.
Chloe was able to do that for me and helped me so much.
I’d just like to say a massive thank you to you Chloe and to keep up the good work!!

Having wanted to get fit and lose weight for a while I just lacked the motivation and knowledge to get on the road to fitness by myself - I had always assumed that personal trainers were only for people who are already really into fitness! I took the plunge with Chloe and I'm so so glad I did.
Within the first session Chloe had sussed out my level of fitness - what I could do and what I was struggling with and every session since has been a unique personalised workout.
Chloe has also helped with my nutrition and hydration which has given me a huge boost of energy and I can notice the difference in all aspects of my life!
Chloe is also very mindful of my hypermobility and shoulders that have been injured in the past and gives me exercises to help with these.
I look forward to all my gym sessions which is something I never thought I'd say - so grateful for everything you've done to help me - thanks Chloe!!
