I have been attending Abbie's classes for almost 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for yoga. Her engaging classes are never the same week to week. Abbie's love and knowledge of yoga translate into a very welcoming and warm environment, and there are classes that both physically challenge, and provide relaxation depending on what you need. Cannot thank Abbie enough for the positive impact she, and her classes have had. Everyone should give it a whirl!

Abbie is the best of the best and her classes are a complete reflection of her. I always find Abbie’s classes challenging and interesting, my mind is fully focused on yoga during the time. I feel I can go at my own pace and do as much or as little as I feel comfortable doing as Abbie provides options for some of the more challenging postures, she is always on hand to provide gentle guidance and encouragement. I leave every class (or retreat) I do with Abbie feeling happy, relaxed and energised.

Having practised yoga with Abbie for over four years now, I highly recommend her classes!
She's an amazing yoga teacher with a wonderful attitude, catering for all abilities and bringing new ideas to her classes each week. Her classes help me both physically and mentally, giving me that boost, refocus, and all important 'me time', which has helped me through some challenging personal times.
Her in-person classes are simply brilliant and I LOVE her park yoga sessions (bring on the sunshine!), but also the way she's adapted over the last year, creating an online community with loads of pre-recorded yoga classes and meditations, as well as live classes, show her passion and dedication for sharing her talent and the wonders of yoga with the world. MindFit yoga classes with Abbie are always a treat.
Abbie is a fantastic yoga teacher who is knowledgeable, informative and who instructs the classes in an enthusiastic and kind way.
Sessions are always varied with different styles of yoga as well as many different poses, keeping things interesting and challenging.
I joined the class as a complete beginner and I can’t believe how much my flexibility has improved.
I have benefited so much and would like to say a huge Thank You to Abbie.

Abbie's yoga classes are amazing as she is a brilliant and patient teacher, catering for all abilities. Every class is different offering a variety of poses, flows and styles, explained thoroughly throughout the class. The yoga classes are not just great for building strength and flexibility, but have also improved my general wellbeing.
The community created as part of the Facebook group has been wonderful, allowing me to practise yoga in the comfort of my own home as well as offering challenges which have been fun to get involved with.
I would highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend MindFit Yoga highly enough. Abbie’s classes are creative & the flow always feels natural. I started attending Abbie’s vinyasa flow classes in 2015, and wouldn’t be without her or her guidance in yoga, and in life really.
Yoga is so different for every person; no body or mind is the same, and every time you step on the mat it will be different. And Abbie is always there to remind you of that, to be kind to yourself, listen to your body and practice to your limit, nobody else's. For anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time, or you have experience but wish to practice with a different teacher, then Abbie is a real yogi. She is someone who can teach any level of ability with ease, realness, openness, grace and above all else, kindness and care. No class is ever the same (it is always what you take from it after all) but Abbie will make sure it is fun, diverse, and even challenging at times, but never dull. You always feel she is right with you learning just as much as you are, despite her extensive knowledge and experience, and that’s what makes her really special. I highly recommend Abbie for any group class or for 1:1 sessions, at any level; and her retreats are not to be missed...from the Midlands countryside all the way to India, every single one is wonderful!!!

Abbie makes all her sessions super friendly and accessible to all abilities. Lots of variations of poses to cater for individual limitations and always lots of variations in the types of yoga session. The private Facebook group has a huge back catalogue of sessions available to dip in and out of too. Overall, I thoroughly recommend the group classes, the one to one sessions and the online sessions that Abbie runs!

Abbie is just a breath of fresh air. No matter how I am feeling before starting Abbie always makes me feel welcomed, valued and refreshed. I highly recommend joining any of her classes no matter what your experience with yoga. I was a newbie and she guided and encouraged me. During Lockdown 1 the Facebook group Sunday morning Zooms was a real lift and connection with others. Abbie is a fabulous teacher and inspiration 😍

Having suffered from an illness that reduced me to a shadow of myself, I had not been physically able nor mentally prepared to go to a Yoga class for many years. When I found myself capable of walking again, I was encouraged to go to Abbie’s classes. I went alone, terrified, but determined. I’ve not looked back since.
Abbie is the most accommodating, knowledgeable and engaging yoga teacher I have ever come across, she works hard to include and inspire every single student she encounters. Classes are a serious work out but are structured so that everyone, of all abilities, comes away feeling like they’ve really accomplished great things and are improving with every pose. Most importantly, class is fun!!! Everyone wobbles, falls, forgets ‘left’ and ‘right’ and laughs about it and moves on.
Whether online or in person, each class is just fantastic, and Abbie is always there to help, via face-to-face, keyboard or txt.

I have been regularly attending Abbie’s yoga classes for about 3 years and she is a brilliant teacher. Having missed yoga during the first lockdown, I joined the Mindfit Yoga classes through the summer and just loved returning to what I had missed. Abbie adapted her classes to all lockdown changes and due to her clear instructions and thoughtful approach, I’ve been able to continue making progress including during online classes too. After being fortunate enough to travel and experience a variety of yoga practices and teachers in South Africa, India, and Srilanka, I was happy to discover Abbies’ thoughtful, fun, and nicely challenging classes here in my home town of Derby!
She has a relaxed teaching style, yet keeps things moving and challenging enough for maintaining interest and ensuring a chance for improvement.
There’s no ego’s or pretence, just an enjoyable class with nice people in a variety of environments.

I've been going to Abbie's classes now for a couple of years and absolutely love them. You never do the same class twice so it's always interesting. I love the way she teaches too, always encouraging you to try things that you think you can't do but the way it's broken down means you can give it a go and build up to different versions. Abbies Yoga changed the game for me!
Having done weights and boxing for a number of years I wish I took up the practice of yoga in my twenties! I’ll never push a weight again without rewarding my body with Yoga.
Your yoga flows are not restricted to just one style and incorporates many disciplines including two of my favourites - Jivamukti and Bikram yoga, here you have a way of finding flows that compliment the strengthening and lengthening of the body. You have a way of connecting with your students and its any wonder why your live classes are always full. Thank you for continuing your online classes. Having practiced with a number of teachers, it’s apparent any one can teach yoga but only a few yogi practitioners can connect with their students. You have a gift and thank you for sharing that with your tribe! I have and always will be a fan.

Mindfit Yoga. .. I Want to say a massive thank you. The past year might not have been great. However, i will look back on it with some love. I found yoga, a love for yoga and an amazing teacher and guide in Abbie @ MindFit Yoga . Thank you for normalising yoga, removing the stigma of a male doing yoga, and creating a non judgemental environment. Abbie guides you through every posture expertly; providing participants options and also an indepth knowledge of the biomechanics and benefits of each pose. MindFit Yoga has been my go place for the past 12 months of uncertainty, and will continue to be. With multiple live on-line classes each week and a huge archive Mindfit Yoga is such great value.
