Stephen is a great person who I massively respect. He goes out of his way to flexibly offer services which help people's wellbeing both physical and mental. I've become a yoga and meditation lover through his friendly classes. Most recently I've completed the Meditation course, which I strongly recommend to help navigate and focus through life and it's obstacles and opportunities. I've tried a wealth of beneficial activities through the course and been given access to a great resource for the future. The reason I recommend him so highly is he brings unique experiences to what he shares and adapts to where clients are at and is very understanding. I think if clients take part in these courses they will find some easy to follow ways to peace, calm, reflection and self understanding, whatever their circumstances, with Stephens support. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Lone Wolf Vision, I recently completed the group meditation course. It has been a life changing experience. Stephen is brilliant he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provides excellent support and guidance to enable you to take back control and change your life. If you're thinking about trying meditation or any other services offered by Lone Wolf Vision just go for it you won't regret it. It's great value for money. Stephen is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I took one of his meditation courses and found it helped me in multiple ways. Tools for mindfulness, self-development and meditation learned during the course I was able to add into my daily life once it finished; largely helped by the fact that Stephen adds in continued access to his online meditation tools as part of the package. He creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and a non-judgmental environment.

I’ve just completed Stephen’s four-week OHALE meditation course and I can’t recommend it enough. Stephen’s in-depth knowledge, commitment, and passion for meditation is inspiring. The course is well structured, purposeful, covers a range of skills and is set at a good pace - it’s allowed me slow down, step out of my day-to-day life and crucially, re-gain perspective and focus. Words can't quite describe the feeling I've had walking into the beautiful grounds of Ushaw each week for the course...calm, grounded, grateful?! Stephen is a lovely guy and fantastic coach, who generously gives his time to chat through any queries you may have, providing regular guidance throughout the course. I’m excited to now sign up to Soul Vision to continue my Lone Wolf and meditation journey!

I didn’t believe at start that it is possible to gain peace within me, but after a group course with Stephen and all the technique’s that were offered, and the fantastic meditation- I feel I am on the new path in life. Would continue with the group meditation, as had enough of giving myself excuses (no time and other), as if you really want to make changes in life you must go towards the changes, not just dream or wait for that “Monday” when you going to start.

I signed up to the one to one meditation course in a difficult moment of my life when I was lacking some direction, and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Stephen. He was able to build a 4 week programme with some real structure, putting down good foundation for meditation practice as long as working on general tecniques on how to manage stress, focusing on oneself and succeed in taking control of our own life.
He is also quite humble, down to earth, he shares his bad and good stories and he's able to adapt the one to one course to your own needs and expectations.

Training with Stephen on an accelerated rehab programme has been one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. Not only am I free from back pain for the first time in a long time, I’m feeling stronger, more aware of my body and posture and most importantly, feeling so much more well in myself, mentally and physically.
Stephen has been super professional and understanding from day one and I felt really comfortable working with him. He genuinely takes on board everything you want to achieve and the bespoke programme has been fantastic, within weeks I was free from pain, dedicating time for meditation and becoming more mindful. I’d attended a couple of Stephen’s classes and loved them as they were completely different to anything I had tried before leaving me feeling energised and refreshed. I followed Stephen’s online half marathon training plan via an app. Stephen spoke to me at the outset to gain an understanding of my commitments/time constraints to make sure the sessions were achievable and regularly during the plan to check on progress, give advice etc. Stephen is passionate and incredibly knowledgeable in his field and a genuinely nice guy :) I finished the plan physically and mentally strong enough to complete the half marathon and would absolutely recommend him.

53 days ago I started a meditation course with Lone Wolf Vision. It’s honestly hard to put into words the transformation that has happened in me because of that decision. It was the absolute best choice I’ve made for myself in a long time and came off the back of 2 years of essential therapy.
Stephen really knows his stuff and really cares. He took time to get to know me and my struggles and really catered the course towards my needs. The one to one sessions on there own are well worth the money, but then he’s got a daily plan that accompanies it through the website and an app.
His space in Ushaw College is an absolute oasis. As soon as you step in the door you’ll feel more relaxed and there was always a warm welcome and an herbal tea to seal the deal! (There was even a puppy on my final visit!)
When I started I had a constant feeling of being unsafe and estranged from my body. Now I sit in stillness for 20 minutes a day and just listen to, and love, my body. When I started, my thoughts berated me night and day. Now I have tools and techniques that pull me out of my thoughts and into my body. I’ve learned to listen to anxiety instead of fearing it, knowing that it will pass. My inner dialogue has shifted. My self awareness has grown. And I'm moving from self-discover, to self-acceptance, to self-celebration.

MEDITATION COURSE : have attended Steve’s classes for nearly a year and all have been brilliant ,well planned and hugely beneficial to me . I took part in Steve’s meditation group as I have always been interested in mindfulness and meditation but didn’t know how to start the process . Steve has an in-depth knowledge and very strong personal belief in the benefits of meditation which shines through when he guides you through the weekly sessions . After attending several of Stephen's classes and being very impressed I applied for the accelerated rehab package in the hope he would be able to solve a longstanding back/hip/knee issue I had which was causing me a lot of discomfort day to day and escalating to pain when I was hiking, one of my favourite hobbies.
After a thorough assessment, he quickly identified the issues and designed a bespoke exercise plan, no one size fits all with Stephen. He then went through the programme with me during the next session so I knew how to do all the exercises and I could then download the programme onto the app so I could follow it at home. I then met with Stephen once a week to discuss, over a delicious tea, how things were going - any progress, problems, adjustments needed and this was then followed by an intense workout, the sweaty yoga mat was always testament to the effort put in, and ended with a peaceful meditation to ensure my mind was as focused as my body was becoming.
Stephen is always positive, encouraging and bursting with enthusiasm. He clearly has a passion for what he does and excels at it.
Over the weeks I could feel my self becoming stronger and more flexible, I'm sure I got taller too and the aching in my back, hips and knees decreased until the day I went through my programme and realised my hip was no longer hurting - it was a revelation! A trip to the Lakes hiking, keeping my glutes clenched and my knee straight also confirmed that recovery was well and truly underway as I had very little discomfort, despite being buffeted by 60mph winds! My favourite pastime is once more enjoyable.
I cannot recommend Stephen enough, his whole package approach dealing with the body and mind was just what I needed without even knowing it. I now have a video of the workout programme that I can use for my future workouts, it's pretty much like having Stephen on the mat next to me and I know he is always on hand if I have any queries or problems in the future.
Thank you Stephen, you're an absolute legend!

I bought one of the Lone Wolf Vision suspension trainers from Steve during lockdown when the gyms were closed and what a game changer it has been!
I run a film production company and during a typical working day I have a period of around half an hour downtime (where I'm saving videos) which I used to spend scrolling through social media, passing the time really. Since I bought the suspension trainer I hook it straight over the door to my office and have a 20 minute workout! There really is no excuse for not getting a daily workout in with one of these, not only that but Steve explained different routines to follow through one of his online programs, which I'd also highly recommend!

As soon as I met Steve after someone told me about his accelerated rehab package I felt hopeful for the first time in months. CrossFit was becoming difficult due to limited hip mobility from arthritis and knee pain that no-one seemed able to help me with. Steve pinpointed the problem straight away and we got to work strengthening and improving mobility. His sessions were always great fun as well as informative and helpful. He was supportive during sessions and beyond, always there to point me in the right direction and to applaud my small victories along the way. Life in the gym has become fun again, and I'm now much more bodily aware thanks to Steve's advice and expertise. I will carry this expertise into all future training sessions and have no doubt that thanks to Steve and this rehab package I will keep improving. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from restricted mobility or pain, it has made a huge difference to so many aspects of my life!

Stephen's commitment, guidance and knowledge is second to none, not only with the class itself but with the added support with the app throughout the 6 weeks.
