Jill’s Breathwork session was amazing. I was not sure if it was for me as I am constantly on the go but I decided to give it a try and went with an open mind. Through Jill’s expert tuition I found I could be still for longer than 5 minutes and push through the pain of my injuries and surgeries. I had a fantastic positive experience and felt re-energised. The session has had such a positive impact on me and my recovery that I have stopped taking the pain killers I have been on for 20 years. I enjoyed it so much and am that impressed with the health benefits, I have booked onto another session with Jill to continue my Breathwork journey.

Jill is an inspiration, her knowledge , enthusiasm and energy infuse everything she does(which is a lot). The seamless move from physicals classes in her studio to on-line classes during the past year or so will have been a lifeline to more than myself. Jill is always exploring new avenues and ways of helping people improve their wellbeing, classes are never boring. I've been doing Pilates with Jill at Organic Pilates & Wellbeing for over three years and love it. It has definitely improved my core strength and general mobility. Many of Jill's classes are attended by people of varying age and ability, and Jill tailors the exercises to that - offering different levels of difficulty so everyone is covered. She also makes each class different, which keeps things fresh. I would recommend Organic Pilates & Wellbeing, whatever level of fitness you have.

Jill's classes are fabulous! I've been doing both Pilates and Barre for a few years now and her knowledge is amazing..she's constantly researching topics on health and self-improvement, but more than anything, her classes are great fun! I am a member of Jill’s core club and I also attend her Pilates, kettle bells classes and have had one 2 one reformer sessions with Jill at her studio.
Jill was recommended to me. At a time in my life when I am going through many challenges due to an unplanned surgical menopause and needed help to start to regain my fitness and wellbeing.
I find Jill super professional and knowledgeable (and good fun as well!) and supportive. She really understands and guides me to exercise and nutrition that really are helping me and I am seeing huge benefits holistically.
I find the core club group very supportive and the on demand content excellent for me. Jill’s podcasts and additional information and inspirations are very welcome, she is constantly updating her own knowledge bank, and the online Pilates and kettlebells classes are really welcome. Particularly during the lockdown.
Jill has become part of my wellness team and I highly recommend her services particularly to those going through peri-menopause, a natural menopause and surgical menopause.

Jill's classes kept me sane during lockdown, she was so quick at getting organised and giving everyone a zoom option when the studio closed. She is bubbly and full of fun and positivity and on top of that she also does really know her stuff!! Not just about the exercises she teaches but also about Nutrition, Physiology, Hormones and Womens Health. She is forever learning and developing and is always willing to pass her knowledge onto her clients.

I'm back again as a member of Jill's 'Core Club'. I took a break last year when covid first hit, but it feels good to be back. There's a huge variety of exercise sessions to work through in my own time; all organised so I can easily select the right one for me. The recipes are delish, and there's a lush supportive community, for when you need that extra motivational boost. I'd highly recommend Jill for her patience, and her perfect mix of down to earth-ness and woo-woo! She takes no prisoners...but she'll be laughing as she does it!
