M. B.If you're looking for a relaxing yet adventurous outdoor activity in/near Edinburgh, Jemima has got your covered! I attended her yoga on the beach sessions multiple times and it was amazing, if not a little cold, every time. Also greatly recommend for people who aren't used to (but want to get into) cold ocean swimming, as I learned yoga breathing techniques are the basis for doing so.
Would be a regular if I hadn't moved away from Edinburgh ...

A. W.I simply LOVE Jemima's outdoor yoga class! She creates a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to take time out and connect with themself and with nature. Whatever is going on in my life, I feel refreshed and energised after the class. I've been practicing yoga for a few years in a more traditional studio environment, and I really enjoy that - but outdoors in the elements adds a unique dimension to the experience. Could not recommend Adventure Yoga any more highly!
