My baby and I thoroughly enjoy Audrey’s mum and baby yoga. It is the highlight of our week! I was recommended the class by several people and I have told my pregnant friends to make sure it’s one of the first classes they sign up for. The Moon Rooms is a calming, relaxing and supportive environment and Audrey is so welcoming. I have learned so much about my postpartum recovery from her and felt my strength return through the targeted yoga moves for new mums. I always leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.

I have thoroughly enjoyed attending Audrey’s pregnancy and post birth yoga classes. Both are wonderful classes where I have felt welcomed and relaxed. During my pregnancy coming along to class was a little haven that I looked forward to each week. Audrey is so helpful and warm making you feel comfortable and at ease, I leave classes feeling like I’m floating on air. Cannot recommend enough.

Audrey’s Mum and Baby Class feels like a warm hug every Thursday. The space they have created at The Moon Rooms is warm, inviting, comforting and feels special. The class itself is the only baby class I have attended that is as much about caring for mum as baby. Learning baby massage and post partum recovery as well as getting to enjoy a gentle return to yoga is such a special combination to enjoy with my daughter.
Audrey is genuine, caring, supportive and has created a lovely space and time to bond with your baby and other new mums. I know can’t imagine pregnancy and early motherhood without her classes, get a space with her if you can!

This is a wonderful class in a lovely setting. I have really enjoyed having one to one time with my baby in this relaxing space & meeting other mums & babies too! Audrey is so lovely and welcoming as well as being so knowledgeable about yoga practice and birth/post natal issues. I would highly recommend this class.

My 10 year old daughter started to attend Audrey’s Moon Maidens class after our chiropractor recommended yoga. My daughter had very tight muscles and hip rotated inwards. After 3 weeks of attending this started to improve. She’s now fixed! She absolutely loves going to class and she’s learning about her body. Audrey is knowledgeable, king and generous with her time. She always has time for discussion and advice. The kids love her and her classes are fun and effective!

The Moon Rooms is such a beautiful, relaxing space. Attending the mum and baby yoga class was such a lovely experience. Audrey is just what you need - calm, comforting, encouraging and knowledgeable, and doing the class in such a nice space is a real treat every week! I would recommend 100% 🥰

Audrey's mum and baby yoga class has been the highlight of our week for the past 8 months. Such a magical space with twinkly fairy lights, aromatherapy oils and cosy couches. The moment you enter the Moon Rooms you immediately feel like someone has given you a warm hug. Audrey is so welcoming, knowlegable and classes have been such a bonding experience not only with my baby but with other mums with babies as well. Getting to practice some gentle yoga again myself has been amazing and to learn some baby massage and yoga moves for my baby has been so relaxing for both of us. If you are lucky enough to get a space in this class grab it with both hands! Best thing you will do on mat leave!!

Audrey and her pregnancy yoga class gave me a time of the week to really focus on connecting with baby and my breathing. Lovely to move my body safely in the yoga Audrey taught, and in the most relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Audreys classes.
