J. G.I honestly can't recommend this place enough, I have never tried yoga before and now looking back I honestly can't imagine my life without it. Even during the first couple of sessions the instructors made it so comfortable for everyone being there for the first time and I felt no pressure doing everything as thorough as others and just focused on myself.
Every single instructor is just ho helpful and kind, it really makes my day sometimes.
Ever since then I have recommended Hotpodyoga in Glasgow to many of my friends and we are constantly going together, which makes it even more special. I have a full membership and I am delighted with it. Thank you so much again!

J. C.Absolutely brilliant classes, tried the intro offer and totally hooked. I had done bikram and loads of other yoga classes but the low ambient light in the pod combined with the heat and essential oil scent really makes a lovely and relaxing place to be. No pressure, you go at your own pace so all levels suitable and it's just so comfortable. All the teachers are really nice and some very funny as well. Cannot recommend this place enough it has to be tried to be believed!!
J. M.Had never tried yoga before until I started at HPY in Glasgow and I’m hooked! You immediately feel welcomed, supported and getting into a 37 degree pod in Glaswegian weather is an absolute treat. The pod itself is great, especially for someone like me who’s a bit self conscious as it has nice low ambient lighting but really allows you to focus. All the instructors have been so supportive without being overbearing. The location is really handy for the city centre and the facilities including changing areas and showers are fab. Would highly recommend!
G. B.Initially thought I wouldn't like the heat but found I can cope with it absolutely fine, such a friendly place and relaxing atmosphere, the teachers are awesome. Classes are such a good workout. Suitable for all yoga levels. I'm now hooked and just love this place!! Definitely recommend!

Feeling so good after doing vinyasa flow, can slowly feel myself progressing . Highly recommend to anyone . 🧘🏻♀️🙏🏻
b.Having never been to a yoga class before I was sceptical at first but after my first class I was hooked. All the teachers are absolutely fantastic with the classes being suitable for all experience levels. After each class you come away having had a great workout but also refreshed in both mind and body. Since starting Hotpod I not only feel more comfortable in myself but I am also growing stronger mentally and physically as a result. Couldn’t recommend Mari and the team at Hotpod Yoga Glasgow enough.
