Jen greeted me warmly and showed me to her lovely home studio. She made me feel completely at ease as she explained in a very reassuring and professional manner what to expect before my first session of Access Bars. She encouraged me to ask any questions before, during and after the treatment and let me know I could speak if I wanted to throughout or not, my preference.
I found the experience very relaxing and Jen to be very confident and competent as well as having a really warm, calm and friendly manner.
She gave me some feedback from the session and was very in tune energetically. I also thought it was a really nice touch to receive a check in email the following day.
I was happy to report positive results, having felt energised, motivated , more proactive and more confident after only one visit. Pretty amazing stuff!
Overall I would recommend Jen to anyone thinking of having Access Bars...you will be in expert hands.

Tired of the long journey to achieve some sort of equilibrium in your life? The long nights on the booze… the long day in recovery…hash, coke, MDMA, whatever…and for what?
Anyway, Jen had the vision and has the skills to give your body and spirit an experience which is probably a shock to the system…but a nice…healing thing…cos I can’t verbalise it.

I LOVE Jen's Pilates class. I love it that much I'm reluctant to tell others about it as I want to make sure I've got a space every week :-) Her knowledge is simply incredible. In her small class, that I attend, she manages to make each and every exercise and class feel like a 1:1, with individual guidance to make it work for us as individuals, with all our various aches and pains. I can't recommend it enough. Can't wait until I find the time to get on one of her retreats in Spain too!

Last week I had a great massage with Jen, which left me feeling relaxed but invigorated. The massage session always starts with a chat to see what's going on in your body and that allows Jen to focus her work but also to suggest other exercises and lifestyle changes that might bring improvements. Jen has a magic to her. She puts you at ease after a second in her company (real life or virtual), she is excellent at communication, reliable and a top notch, knowledgeable and kind teacher. That is why she is a GGC yoga teacher, hosting a virtual class with members every week! Furthermore, her workshops, podcast and book are not to be missed. I have also just enjoyed an Access Bars treatment which was an amazing experience, I am excited to see how this treatment affects my mental clarity in the coming days. Highly recommend.

GirlGuiding have participated in a number of online yoga sessions run by Jen. They are fantastic value for money and leave you feeling very relaxed after a great workout. She explains the steps carefully, ensuring that all levels can participate and get the most from the session.

Jen is a great teacher! I've been attending her pilates classes on and off for years but she always makes me feel welcome when I creep back, embarrassed at how many classes I've missed. She pays a lot of attention to how her clients are feeling and makes sure positions are adapted to deal with any aches and pains we're dealing with. Everyone works at their own level so we're not pushed to do anything we can't manage. Classes are fun too - we always have a laugh :)

From the Ground Up - FEET WORKSHOP, This workshop was so interesting, Jen is extremely knowledgeable. I am currently studying reflexology so I want to learn as much as I can about feet, I also go to yoga so I know that the techniques will help me with my balance and strength in my feet. Jen’s online class over this past year has really kept me going, twice a week i have a routine and it’s really helped me and my family stay focused and live life to the fullest we could with the restrictions. I really like being able to put my mat down in any room i want in the flat and feel stretched and flexed and like i’ve done something good for my body!
(And Gracie can chat away to me for the whole hour without us disturbing the rest of the class🤣the best advantage of Zoom!)
