I've been practising at Merchant city yoga for a few years now and love it. Judie has created a warm, friendly, inclusive and supportive space for yoga students of any age/stage in their yoga journey. One of the few places I can turn up to as a totally blind student and feel 100% comfortable, supported and totally equal! highly recommend this studio; you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful space with very friendly and encouraging teachers that help you adapt to different variations to suit your own individual needs, the community in the studio itself is also lovely. Judi is an incredible teacher. Only got back into the Ashtanga/Vinyassa yoga 2 months ago but have had nothing but pleasant experiences here.

Over the years I have taken part in many fantastic workshops with world renowned teachers, regular classes and their yoga teacher training and I would not want to miss a single minute of it. I can highly recommended MCY to anybody wanting to start, explore and deepen their yoga experience.

This is a great yoga studio, whether you're a beginner or have a regular practice. You don't have to be bendy or a certain age to do yoga, the great thing is anyone can do it. All the teachers are fantastic and very well trained. I can't recommend it highly enough!
