I’ve been attending Jane’s seasonal yoga classes for around 4 years and have been hooked ever since. The flexibility of classes, class times, including zoom classes and the weekly recordings make practising yoga so easy to manage within personal lifestyles.
Jane is an expert and her knowledge and commitment to yoga is beyond doubt. Her instructions are clear, concise and easy to follow. Her classes are always welcoming and relaxed and she helps everyone approach poses in a way so suit every individual. Added to that is Jane’s knowledge of our anatomy and physiology and she always shares her knowledge so simplistically which further enhances her classes. Suffice to say I would have no hesitation in recommending Jane to anyone interested in yoga, from beginner to the most experienced person.

I have been attending Jane’s classes for a couple of months now and would highly recommend them to anyone with an interest in yoga. Jane is a brilliant teacher and explains everything clearly and calmly. I had very little yoga experience prior to attending these classes and was unsure of what to expect as a beginner. I found that Jane’s classes are accessible to all abilities, as she provides different options for poses and easy-to-follow individual guidance to ensure you get the most of out each class. I have been attending Jane's classes twice a week for the last few years and cannot recommend her highly enough!
After having suffered lower back pain for a long time prior to starting the yoga classes I can honestly say that it is no longer an issue for me.

I've enjoyed yoga for a long time but find Jane's seasonal approach brings an extra benefit in tapping into the bodies emotional responses to seasonal change. I'd also recommend Jane as a shiatsu therapist - her treatment combined with the yin classes helped me overcome a 6 month spell of insomnia.

I attended Jane’s classes for years before moving out of the area. She is a great teacher who helps anyone unsure of what they should be doing or suffers pain anywhere then she can suggest alternative poses. I was delighted when I discovered that she was doing Zoom classes as I am now able to return via technology. I love Jane’s classes for so many reasons. She is very yogic… grounded yet serious about the work and light in making it fun and being encouraging.
Her anatomy and physiology explanations are great, along with her descriptions to help us get into a pose…. and the alternatives she suggests so we can adjust to suit our own individual needs and not push beyond what feels right.

Highly recommend for both beginners and the more experienced. Jane explains and demonstrates everything so well anyone can follow the classes with ease.
I've been attending classes for as long as I can remember 6/7 years after being diagnosed with transitional vertebrae between L5/S1. The spasms I used to get would floor me for weeks. Regular weekly classes soon put a stop the spasms and I can't remember the last time I had anything as severe as I've had in the past. The classes have also taught me to recognise when a flair up may be coming and what stretches I can do to stop them.
I also have to say that Zoom classes are a great way for the self conscious to learn as only Jane can see you while the class is taking place. I'm based in Ayrshire so have been able to continue with classes throughout the pandemic in the comfort of my own home.
