I would highly recommend Rose's yoga class and hypnobirthing course. As a first time parent, her hypnobirthing classes were so informative and helped me to feel prepared and relaxed about giving birth. The personalised nature of the classes meant that we could discuss specific concerns and the tapes have been great at helping to get in the right frame of mind for a natural and calm birth experience. Being a qualified midwife, Rose has the expertise to answer medical questions and the experience to dicuss options at length, which has given me the confidence that on the day I will be able to make informed choices about the birth which I may otherwise have had little time or insufficient information to consider. Thank you again, Rose, for everything you do!

I took part in a pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing course with The Birthing Well and found it extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Rose was very engaging and really made me feel at ease, and the yoga was pitched at just the right level (with plenty of options for more/less advanced and good alternatives for various aching joints). The hypnobirthing techniques have really helped prepare me for childbirth mentally, and have made me feel much more positive and less scared about what is to come. A lovely relaxing way to spend an evening a week, and great to meet other Mums too. Thank you!
