First went to Debs for a massage as I had been suffering with my back for some time,the massage was amazing and after two sessions my back felt so much better ,I then started trying yoga with Debs which has been great ,the classes are very friendly and Debs takes time to make sure we are all comfortable and also comes round and assists us with position's ,I always come away from Debs classes feeling better physically and mentally. I would recommend Debs to anyone who wants to try yoga as Debs has a lovely way of making everyone feel at ease .

I look forward to my yoga class at Restoring Balance. Debbie is a warm and patient instructor who gets the balance just right between relaxation and a work out. I would also recommend the beginners course with Tina where you gain a good understanding of the techniques and posture required for maximum benefit of your practice.

Deborah’s yoga classes are excellently paced for new and experienced practitioners. Attention to detail in her Hatha class provides a safe and fun environment to learn and enjoy yoga. While working on areas of the body she combines a full enriching experience in a professional but comfortable, friendly setting. I've had ongoing back problems and muscle pain over the years – from injuries and bad posture! – and Deb is the only person I've ever met capable of giving a massage that frees me up to move without pain after only one single session. She's also generous with preventative advice and tips, helping us all to be more mindful of how certain problems begin or are aggravated. On the odd occasion when I've had an emergency massage from someone else, it has never been anywhere near as effective: Deb's targeted treatment and "no stone unturned" approach is impossible to replace. I dread to think what state I'd be in if it weren't for her treatments in the last few years!

I reluctantly started Yoga with Debbie during the first lockdown. I say reluctantly because I am so stiff and absolutely no balance but oh what a pleasant surprise! I am now totally hooked. It has really helped my back problems to which I have suffered for about 8 years. Debbie has transformed my posture and flexibility and I am so confident about my practice now. She is so professional, warm and friendly and her routines are easy to follow with a little fun along the way. Her studio is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Her massages over the years have also kept my aches and pains, caused by my sport, at bay. I could not have achieved all I did with my running if it was not for Debbie’s magic hands. Amazing lady who is so easy to talk to and will make you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and incredibly lovely with it. She might just make you a cup of tea too!

Have tried out a few yoga/Pilates classes, each and every one left me feeling looser and more relaxed. Deborah is brilliant in her art…making you feel instantly comfortable. Small and cosy classes with personal attention in tweaking any poses to individual needs. I recently went along to some yoga classes at Deb’s studio. The classes have been a wonderful mix of movement and stillness, where I’ve come away feeling relaxed and reconnected with myself 🧘♀️ At the classes I found out Deb also provides massage services, so I went along to have a massage yesterday hoping to ease my achy WFH back. It was honestly the best massage I have ever had! It wasn’t just the technique that helped so much, it was also the kind and thoughtful approach Deb took when finding out what would work best for me. Deborah is a fantastic teacher. She is really generous with her time and skills and makes sure each person gets what they want from their yoga practise. The classes suit all levels and Deborah makes sure the moves are suitable for all abilities.
Also, I have had quite a few of Deborah's remedial massages and they are brilliant. I had back pain for years and tried lots of other treatments but Deborah really listened to what I needed and her techniques meant I was pain free after just a few sessions. I have recommended her to several friends.

Deborah is a great teacher of Hatha yoga (the only type I've done). She is clear, patient, and motivating. A great combination! The class moves at a good pace and I always feel like I've had a great stretch and work out afterwards.

Just love the variety of Yoga that Deb provides. Good stretchy movements on her Monday class and restorative poses on her Friday sessions. Ideal for keeping whole body in tune.

Friendly and supportive teacher - moves are explained really clearly for beginners with some harder moves to help you develop. The drop in Yoga sessions are great for me rather than having to sign up for a whole course at other places. I use the mats and other equiment Deborah brings to the hall but you can bring your own.
