I attended Lyndsey’s pregnancy and mum and baby yoga classes and loved them both - such a supportive and calming setting. I attended for almost a year between both classes and benefited both physically and from the social side of meeting with other mums and sharing experiences. Lyndsey is so good at tuning in to the needs of new mums and mums to be and really goes above and beyond to support the group and make it a positive experience. I was sad to finish up! Would absolutely recommend both classes.

I cannot recommend Lyndsey's mum and baby yoga class more. My baby and I started when he was 6 weeks old and have just finished at 9 months. Not only is the class so relaxing and a chance to rebuild your body after birth, Lyndsey provides a real community for mums through her class. I have met other amazing mums who helped me through the hard times of a newborn and Lyndsey even organises mummy meet ups over and above class time. Thank you Lyndsey you are a wonderful person!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 blocks of Mum and baby yoga will Lyndsey. The class is so welcoming and relaxed and Lyndsey creates a really positive and chilled atmosphere. Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun bonding experience with their baby!

Cannot recommend Lyndsey highly enough!! I attended yogabellies from 20 weeks through until the end of my pregnancy and loved every week. Lyndsey creates an amazing environment, teaches amazing techniques for relaxing during pregnancy and preparing your body and mind for labour. Yogabellies was brilliant for having dedicated time every week where you could focus entirely on your bump and pregnancy along with other women in the same position going through the same journey. I loved it and am looking forward to joining mum and baby yoga in the new year!

I can’t recommend Lyndsey’s Hatha Flow class enough! I always leave feeling relaxed and also energised and ready to take on the week ahead. The class is fantastic for all levels, Lyndsey provides options and support whether you are just starting out or want to push yourself a bit further. Enjoyable and relaxing class in a nice setting - plenty of space, but still feels cosy. I'm newly returned to yoga and managing health issues, but the class feels achievable, yet with a lot of scope to develop into more advanced practice.

Loved Lyndsay’s pregnancy yoga classes – they were so calming and made me feel really prepared for birth, I always left thinking ‘I can definitely do this!’ She always gave options for slightly trickier poses, and made sure to adapt for those that were further along which was appreciated.
