I have only been to a handful of classes so far but the experience has been amazing. Extremely well planned out from small class size with precise step by step guidance on the yoga moves making it almost feel like one to one training especially for those who have little or no experience of practicing yoga. The boxing circuit classes are also very good with simple but effective drill with the trainers working you hard in a non evasive but professional manner with short and sharp routines. Would highly recommend especially with aches and pains.

I’ve been attending Yoxafit classes with Liana for over a year now and previous to that attended Yoga classes with Lorraine since 2019. I absolutely love both Yoxafit and hot Yoga for my physical and mental health - both have made such an impact to me over the past 3 years. The class sizes are comfortable during covid times and both Liana and Lorraine are great instructors - helping with technique, encouraging motivation and offering guidance. They are also friendly and approachable. I recommend Yoxafit Studio to anyone reading this post. 😊

I’ve been going to Yoxa classes for over a year now and can’t rate it enough. The classes are brilliant! Liana is an amazing teacher and is great at explaining the techniques and helping you improve. The classes are always a wee bit different so they fly in because you’re not doing the same routine over and over. My fitness has improved so much with the classes. Thanks so much Liana ❤️

Have been coming to Lorraine's classes on and off for a few years now. I wasn't sure at first if hot yoga was for me, but now I adore the classes and the sense of wellbeing I achieve. I can always feel how strong and capable my body feels after a session even if I've been away from it for a while. Would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

I have been attending yoga classes with Lorraine and her team for nearly 3 years now. Yoga practice has completely changed my life on so many levels. I love the mix and range of classes throughout the week. Tonight I attended the restorative yoga workshop and it was truly amazing!!! So relaxing and such a peaceful atmosphere. Keep up the good work day to day ladies and more workshops would be fab too.

I really enjoy my hot yoga classes at YoxaFit.. The studio is a calming room, I instantly feel myself relaxing when I get there. The routines work well and are at a pace which suits everyone. I love the welcoming holistic approach from Liana in yoxa fit classes, focusing on both healthy mind and strong bodies, the classes are consistently challenging. With the added stress relief in punching bags, the endorphin high at the end of the classes after a relaxing yoga cool down makes all the hard work worth it.

I have been attending Lorraine’s hot yoga classes for around 2 years now. I also play professional sport and her sessions have been really beneficial for me to improve my strength, mobility, fitness and also allows me to switch off and refocus on something different for an hour or so. Lorraine has been great supporting me and can’t thank her enough for the quality yoga practices she puts on for the clients, which constantly change and are never the same 2 weeks in a row. There is a real positive atmosphere around the studio which Lorraine has created, and no matter what range of ability or experience people have, she has a great way of integrating everyone into the practice.

I absolutely love Yogabodi in Cumbernauld! I have been to quite a few different classes with different instructors and have never been disappointed. Hot Yoga is the best and I really feel the benefits - I feel more relaxed, less stressed and have a great night's sleep. I have sciatica and yoga really helps. Lorraine runs the place in an organised, friendly and welcoming way. She really cares about everyone who comes to her classes. I'm so glad I found this place!

YoxaFit has a lovely new studio at Dullatur Golf Club. It’s such a cool space. Went to yoga with weights - loved that workout, perfect mix of stretch, balance, tone and strength building. Lorraine is a amazing teacher - she creates a real sense of positivity and calm. I would 100% recommend.

If you’ve never tried yoga I’d highly recommend giving it a go. I’d been going for a couple of years and dropped off during the pandemic. Resorting to short online classes. They are ok but nothing compared to a class led by Lorraine. Great for flexibility and core strength. A relaxed and forgiving environment and above all fun. I’m back in the groove and thoroughly enjoying it.

Yogabodi in Cumbernauld is a real gem. I'm not someone who enjoys exercise, so I was sceptical about yoga, but thought I would give it a try. Several months on and I haven't looked back. I love it. I would genuinely encourage anyone thinking about improving their overall wellbeing to give the team at Yogabodi a chance. The classes are welcoming and inclusive with a friendly atmosphere, principally due to the enthusiasm of Lorraine and the team, all of whom are skilled, knowledgeable teachers. I can't stress enough how much I enjoy these classes and how much better I feel within myself. Thanking you all at Yogabodi. Namaste x

Looking for a different way to get fit? Then this is the place for you. There classes are fully inclusive of all levels and abilitys and I love the fact you can do boxing style workouts along side power yoga. This studio has a lovely atmosphere but don't think that means you get an easy workout! If you want Yoga this is for you, if you want strength, this is for you, if you have never tried boxing style classes before give this a go - i put boxing gloves on for the first time here and loved it. Be prepared to sweat and work hard with really suportive instructors.

I have been attending yoga classes with Lorraine for 4/5 years now and absolutely love them. At first I was unsure about going and didn’t think they’d be challenging enough. 🤣 I was totally wrong - they are as challenging as you want to make them. I feel amazing after each class both physically and emotionally - it really does calm and relax you. Lorraine is brilliant. So welcoming and keeps smiling throughout the class to keep you motivated. Her precise instruction and guidance on technique is first class.🧘‍♀️😌 First time back to Yoxafit in a while and absolutely loved it. Thanks Liana for pushing me on - amazing!!! ❤️🥊

Recently joined Yoxafit after taking advantage of the 3 class deal and can’t recommend it highly enough. Lorraine and the team are so welcoming and every class no matter what level you are at is guided so well. My mobility, Muscle recovery and core strength in such short time has improved drastically and I now try and make sure I get to 3/4 classes per week. The warm community environment makes it perfect place to destress after long days in the office.
