I have found Ether amazing. I went to her as I have a posture problem which had been troubling me for some while. I found her very sympathetic, professional and understanding. I have been attending her Trigger Point Pilates since last Autumn followed by joining her Back Care Pilates as well. She has also tailored by particular needs in a 1 to1 session, which was recorded for future reference. I feel great after each 1-hour session and my posture has improved and continuing to improve thanks to her persistence in a caring manner. She makes her classes engaging and stimulating with new tips and information at each one. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Have attended Pilates classes elsewhere but recently started classes with Esther. I have really enjoyed these classes and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in doing Pilates. Esther makes each week different and her focus on breathing and how each exercise helps you is excellent. The on demand website link is great for keeping me on track throughout the holidays.

Having attended back-care classes for ten years must say this knowledgeable lady has really helped to keep me supple. Whether I am sitting, standing or moving around I correct my posture (with Esther's voice in my head) to maintain core strength and stability. Classes are not always what you expect as Esther constantly updates her knowledge and helps you understand your body better.

I have been taking part in Esther's "Balance and Strength" pilates classes now for several months and have noticed a huge improvement (in my balance and strength). Having suffered multiple injuries with broken foot, knee and a fusing lower back, I find Esther's classes hugely beneficial. Esther always makes sure to explain the moves we carry out and to ensure we're doing them correctly, and will even give extra exercises to do at home if we have specific physical needs. She allows for differing abilities in the class by extending some of the moves if we feel comfortable doing so. An added bonus, which I've not seen elsewhere, is that classes are recorded and can be accessed at any time - especially useful if you cannot attend and want to catch up, or you can also do them live at home at they're given. Esther is friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for our well being and enjoyment of the classes. Highly recommended!

I’ve been attending Esther’s Pilates classes for a few weeks now and love them. It is such an added bonus that the sessions are recorded as you can do them again at home. I did this at the beginning and was so grateful for the opportunity to do it at home, slow it down, pause the recording and get to know the moves. I really noticed the benefit the next week as it felt like I ‘knew it in my body more’.
Esther explains what each movement is doing and is highly knowledgeable about the body.
I started classes because I was struggling with physio at home, I found it dull and like I wasn’t sure I was doing it right and I was horribly unmotivated. Esther covers a lot of the movements I was meant to be doing and in a way that I can engage and connect with.
I can feel the benefit of the work and it feels very special to be tending to my body. Thank you for holding such a great space and for your clear guidance and attention.

Great relaxing class. Esther is full of knowledge and is constantly keeping herself up to date with any additional knowledge to the pilates instruction. The class is designed to accommodate beginners as well as intermediate members. I thoroughly recommend giving this class a try.
