Beauty flys on the wings of fate: Having found Alison during Covid19, I have had to wait until I was able to work on a one to one level due to work commitments. Allison's understanding with me is brilliant ☺️ there are so many movements, mantra that we practice I am so grateful for finding Alison 🌞 and you will not be disappointed in Alison teaching you yoga. The first time I went to Alison's class I hadn't been able to lift my right arm up much higher than my shoulder. After class, no more problems! Amazing. Alison is deeply passionate about yoga and is professional and knowledgeable. I've been amazed at the benefits I've felt both in flexibility of the body and peacefulness of the mind. I can't recommend her classes highly enough. I've recently had Ayurvedic massages with Alison. Alison is a truly gifted massage therapist and I recommend her highly. An Ayurvedic massage uses warm massage oil with medicated oils. They are tailored to your personal constitution. As well as the massage being indescribably blissful, they are a therapy too. Alison works on points that are similar to acupuncture points which gives a deep healing treatment.

my 1st experience of doing yoga was in a field of a camp i was helping at, Alison was doing Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions, i had not long been diagnosed with cervical & lumber spondylosis and was interested as i had read that yoga may be of benefit. i really enjoyed Alison's session and found her attention to detail and explanations very reassuring. That must have been about 10 years ago, i still have the condition and doing some form of yoga weekly in Cornwall and also exploring going deeper into yoga as a profession at the ripe old age of 63 years. Thankyou Alison & others i have met since, you are my inspiration and still guide over the net. Love+Peace=Unity
