Louise is extremely knowledgeable and I love attending. She has the skill of tailoring classes, offering alternatives to meet all clients needs.
It’s a fun and enjoyable experience. I feel stronger, have better balance and improved flexibility.

I was very much out of my comfort zone when I signed up but Louise is a great teacher and offers plenty of help and support. The class is friendly and inclusive and has really helped with rehab from illness & injury. Would definitely recommend.

I have attended Louise’s Pilates classes pre Covid & currently at St Barnabas Alwoodley.
She is amazing, and I personally feel as though I am having a one to one session with her in a class of 10.
She is fully aware of all our individual health issues & will give out different exercises to do during the class, and will also contact us personally with help & advice.
I am not naturally an exercise person but she makes it so easy to follow.
I have mainly knee & hip issues and I find this class really helps with my mobility.

Louise is a brilliant pilates teacher who explains everything very clearly and has an upbeat, fun -filled style of teaching. I have enjoyed her classes now for 5 years and would highly recommend her .

Louise is an excellent teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with regular professional development. Louise gets to know her clients very well. She understands my lower back/hip gripes and has helped me deal with them.
Louise has a great sense of humour and fun and the hour of the class goes by so fast but we are worked hard. Even in these difficult lockdown times classes via Zoom are a brilliant second best to classes together in the church hall. Numbers are kept to a reasonable amount so Louise can still watch us and correct are posture/movements if necessary.
I would definitely recommend Louise as a pilates teacher and have done on numerous occasions!!

I have now attended Embody Pilates classes both in person and online and I am happy to say that both are great. Louise is an excellent teacher and strikes the perfect balance of providing instruction and correction but also humour 😀. I recommend Louise to people all the time and am so glad she's continuing to deliver virtual classes while we're all social distancing. Thank you Louise, you're awesome.

I have been attending Louise's pilates and barre classes for over a year now. Louise is a fantastic instructor - she is friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable. It's really easy to ask questions and get advice on how to improve.
Classes are always well thought out and appropriately challenging, with new sequences and moves all the time - you never get bored! Online classes have also been a great success - Louise is attentative and is still able to offer pointers on your form via the video.
I've seen a noticeable improvement in my core strength and stability since attending classes, which has improved my technique in dong other exercise. I couldn't recommend Louise's classes more :)
