Sarah is a friendly and supportive instructor. I would really recommend attending her welcoming classes.
I started Sarah's prenatal pilates classes when I was 23 weeks pregnant and continued until 37 weeks. I then started the postnatal classes 7 weeks pp. It was great to be able to chat to other pregnant people in the prenatal classes, and now go to the postnatal classes together with our babies. Sarah adapts the pilates exercises/movements for what works best for your pregnant/postpartum body. I always leave the classes feeling well stretched and relaxed!

I've been doing pilates with Sarah for about 6 months now and look forward to it every week. Sarah's classes are designed to cater for all abilities but there's always an option to challenge yourself. The classes are well thought through and Sarah's knowledge of the body and muscles is really helping my understanding of my own, which I haven't had in other classes. Thank you, Sarah!

Hugely recommend pilates with Sarah! I did her pre-natal and currently doing her post-natal classes. She's so knowledgeable about pregnancy and its effects on the body, both during and afterwards, so you know you're getting the best experience for the stage you're at. You can tell how much passion and enthusiasm she has for what she does and she's so supportive and welcoming of everybody. Also just a genuinely lovely, fun person and loves a cuddle with the babies to give the mums a chance to get the most out of classes! Definitely book if you can!

I was advised by my physio to take Pilates due to having back problems. I haven't looked back since. After only 6 weeks I can already feel a marked improvement in my core. This In turn is improving my back issues. Not only that but Sarah was very supportive of my needs, she made sure there was always a differentiated level but still worked me hard. Sarah is lovely, her knowledge is second to none and she is an amazing instructor, I wish I could come to more classes ! Hopefully in September.

Having never done Pilates before I was quite nervous but Sarah put me at ease straight away. She explains everything really clearly and simply and the small class sizes means she can give any extra support needed. Each week we have progressed doing more challenging (but doable) moves/positions. I am now converted and find it a great way to start my Saturday. I did a course of pre-natal pilates with Sarah which I really enjoyed. The classes are really relaxed and Sarah was great at adapting the exercises for each individual depending on how far along in their pregnancy they were. Highly recommended Sarah's classes and look forward to booking on to some more sessions postnatal.

I did two blocks of antenatal Pilates with Sarah this summer - my last session was today as my baby is due… this week! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every class. Sarah really eases you in even if you’ve never done Pilates before and helps you if there are things you struggle to do (I have suffered with SPD during this pregnancy and Sarah always made sure I was comfortable and not hurting myself). I feel stronger and ready to get back into it as soon as I can come back for the postnatal sessions! She’s also very kind and fun and makes every session really nice for everyone, there’s a fabulous atmosphere. Miss it already! Thank you Sarah :)

Sarah’s mixed pilates class is amazing. Sarah gives a few options for each move and lets you decide which one to go for. She is very welcoming and the class is relaxed (but you are still very much working out). Sarah has a great sense of humour and brings fun into each class making everyone laugh and making the class enjoyable as well as getting fit. If anyone is looking for a Pilates class I would highly recommend giving Sarah’s SR pilates class a go.
