I visited Cheryl Yoga classes. The best class I have ever been to. Travelled around the world attending yoga classes, however Cheryl’s class was by far the best. Excellent teacher, great support.
Talked through poses and techniques with patience and so much passion.

Yoga with Cheryl is an absolute pleasure. I was a total novice but her careful and gentle teaching has been wonderful.
All poses are offered at different levels to suit your own ability and the mood your body is in that day.
I cannot sufficiently recommend these classes for all levels...if you are a beginner, don't be afraid to try...my grandchildren are impressed that I go so any age is catered for!

Yoga class review: Your method of delivery is so unique, soothing, free flowing with the just right amount of narrative. You’re a natural and you teach the classes from your heart & with humour. The focus on breathing, energy flows and stretching is spot on & so beneficial as I notice the difference in increased energy levels. As mentioned, I was a member of the Hogarth Health Club in West London where they had numerous excellent yoga teachers all with their personal styles. Your style is certainly amongst one of the best.

Having a long term lower back injury and a recent whiplash injury, I decided to try a yoga class with the aim to help recovery and strengthen myself. Sheryl does an outstanding job week after week at Parklands on her Tuesday class, really taking the time to get to know people and to help improve people's form. During the class she will take time to give individual hints to maximize the benefits of the workout, and provides loads of variations on each pose to suit every level. Her tone and pace changes throughout the class to suit each stage of the workout, from the relaxation to the intense holds. Sheryl is attentive to every aspect of the class, including the temperature in the room! Keep it up Sheryl!

I love Cheryl’s yoga class because time goes flying. She focuses on the breath work as much as on the poses and you really feel re-energised afterwards. I love the head massage with the lavender oil at the end.

Struggling with mental health is very common these days but I had deep rooted fears and issues which I needed to tackle and she helped me identify my limiting beliefs and negative mindset to completely see myself in a different light. I became much more spiritual and found a clear pathway that was open for my higher self to walk down. There were signs which showed me that I needed to heal and succeed and I didn’t even realise! 🔮
I achieved so many things in my life within the space of that time. I broke up with a toxic ex, I moved out from home into a new city (a home which had a lot of trauma), I got a new job in the career I wanted.. and I keep learning and growing from all the tools she had given me as I truly believe it will stick with me for life🤍
Meditation has also been a huge part of my life ever since and it has saved me during dark moments and I would not have been aware to this tool without Cheryl and how much the benefits change and help you✨
