Rachel is an absolutely amazing yoga teacher! She has a wealth of experience (I met her as she was one of the teachers in my yoga teacher training), is super attentive and always ensuring her students are safe and she is also very creative with her sequencing so every class feels different! Her classes are great value for money and I would most definitely recommend to anyone - from people who have never stepped on the mat before to experienced yogis.

Rachel is a wonderful Yoga teacher. I love her classes. She has such a compassionate and nurturing quality which is supported by great knowledge experience. She holds a welcoming space, which is lighthearted and inviting. Rachel was also my teacher trainer and I am sure there are many yoga teachers out there who like me are grateful to her for her incredible teaching, kindness and support.

Rachel is a brilliant yoga teacher who leaves you feeling great after her class. The whole atmosphere or "vibe" in the class is calm, peaceful and relaxing as Rachel takes you through the yoga. Her voice I would like to add is totally suited to this - gentle, calm and relaxing - in many ways the way a teacher projects themselves is so important, and Rachel is fantastic! Go to her classes or online - you deserve it!

Rachel's brilliant classes and her enthusiasm for teaching were what first got me into practicing yoga on a regular basis over six years ago. She is approachable, kind, and has a great sense of humour as a yoga teacher. She is also incredibly knowledgable about ways of adapting postures for various injuries/health concerns, and can help you get the most you possibly can from a pose should you want to expand your practice or try things you haven't tried before. Her Truly Madly Yoga classes are highly recommended :)

Rachel is an amazing teacher, whose ability to teach both large groups & individuals is second to none. Her compassion and knowledge meant she was a fabulous instructor, mentor and assessor when I did my own teacher training. I was a late starter to yoga and my only regret it not starting earlier as Rachel is a truly inspiring teacher. Her classes are for everyone, whatever level you feel you are at, everyone comes away from her classes with complete fulfilment. There is a relaxed and welcoming approach to Rachel's classes and I have never looked back since. Highly recommended and excellent value added.

Rachel is quite the most wonderful yoga teacher - full of fun and empathy, and very skilled at getting the best out of everyone. I have attended her group yoga sessions in the evening, as well as inviting her in to my school to teach a weekly yoga class to staff who were interested in order to support wellbeing. She pitches the yoga perfectly for everyone present. I also trained with her to become a Yoga Teacher for Children myself, and found her hugely knowledgeable and very supportive and nurturing.
