Great Yoga class for beginners. Kathryn is great as grading each pose so that everyone can do the pose which is most comfortable for them. Kathryn is always friendly and welcoming and I'd really reccomend this class to anyone thinking about starting yoga!

I met Kathryn last year when I was going through a difficult time in my life... Mentally, physically & spiritually and she opened my mind to the gift of Yoga. Her unique teaching style, is exactly what I needed at that time in my life! She's calm & patient, yet very focused and extremely knowledgeable! Nothing is too much to ask and she's there wherever possible for all her students! I can't recommend Kathryn's Yoga classes enough... Yoga has changed my life but Kathryn's unique interpretation has added the colour back into my life! I'm forever grateful for her kindness! 🙏🏼❤️

Kathryn is fantastic! Her classes are suitable for all ages and fitness as she provides different levels to suit your own ability. I love how Kathryn explains how each pose benefits the body and mind. Each class ends with a wonderful 10 minute meditation session which leaves you so relaxed you end up floating out of the class. I’ve found the meditation techniques are great for helping to switch off the ‘mind chatter’ and help me relax when I can’t get to sleep. I’ve been attending Kathryn’s classes twice a week for 12 months and have noticed significant physical and general wellbeing benefits: increased energy levels, calmer and more positive mood, much better sleep, and improved posture and flexibility. I have experienced neck and lower back pain for years and the yoga classes have helped tremendously! Yoga is such an important part of my life now. Thank you, Kathryn! Namaste

I came to see Kathryn just over 3 months ago. I had severe back pain and could hardly move. I listened to Kathryns easy instruction and found her to be so knowledgable. I started at the lower level and worked my way up. I am now pain free! The classes are lovely. So friendly and no pressure. Kathryn is extremely proffessional and takes pride in her class. However having attended the ‘back to yoga ‘ classes for over a year now the benefits are remarkable
Yoga is often seen as a female activity , so when I discovered this ‘men’s only’ class it made it more comfortable to attend
Not only have I improved physically during this time but my mental and spiritual journey has progressed . As a cricketer I found that attending yoga improved my game and reduced the injuries I’d suffered with in the past
With Kathryns expert guidance and instruction she makes it possible for the mixed abilities and ages of those attending to benefit from this ancient practice and discipline

After meeting Kathryn by chance on a field walking my mums dog I was in agony with my back Kathryn asked if I was ok said she does a yoga class in a local church said it would help a year and half later I'm still attending and my back has been great been on yoga retreats it really changed my life around and have met some great people and my all round wellbeing is amazing now it really is life changing yoga is great
