Lucy is an amazing teacher! Every time I go for class, I look forward to it. It’s like a therapy session and good workout all in one. The moves are challenging but feel great, and Lucy puts you at ease. I can’t recommend her enough, best decision I made in the last few months was to start with her.

I can’t recommend Lucy enough, she is genuinely the best trainer/teacher/Pilates instructor that I’ve ever met. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Lucy and reformer pilates have radically changed my relationship with exercise and my body. I really look forward to my sessions with Lucy and while it’s always tough it’s also a really fun hour, I’m also the fittest I’ve ever been! Lucy is brilliant at understanding what you need and are capable of and when to (gently) push you to do more, she’s also a really lovely person who is a pleasure to spend time with, she can even make you laugh while you’re holding a side plank!

Finally, exercise is fun! No longer functional or simply necessary for a healthy body and mind, meeting Lucy, and starting her reformer class has transformed my attitude and relationship with fitness. Each class challenges me in new ways, with Lucy coaching and encouraging me to achieve things I did not know my body was capable of. For anyone who thinks Pilates is merely therapeutic stretching, spend an hour with Lucy, I dare you ☺️ The ultimate in cardio, flex, and deep conditioning.

The classes with Lucy are amazing, she pays attention to every pose and position, she is supportive and always encourages me to work my hardest, which I do in every session. Every week I can see progression and the classes are never boring! I would highly recommend reformer pilates with Lucy!

Lucy is just wonderful. Her energy is like no other and she makes you feel so welcome and confident. I first met Lucy a few years ago when I was strengthening my body after a couple of injuries. I have since tried a couple of other teachers but no one compared. So when I saw she had opened The Square, I jumped at the chance to train with her again. Plus.......each session is like therapy and she makes me laugh....a lot! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend.

I have trained with Lucy for around 3 years now. I love her training style. It’s relaxed but still very focused on technique and results. I always look forward to my weekly session. Training with Lucy has been a huge help with my recovery from various injuries and surgeries. I couldn’t recommend Lucy more! :-)

Lucy’s reformer sessions are in a class all their own. Excercise and keeping fit has always been important to me (especially since becoming a mama), and I have never experienced a total body workout like this before. Every session challenges me and the care taken by Lucy to tailor a programme to my specific needs and targets is truly exceptional. I just completed my first marathon in ten years and credit a huge amount of the strength I built for it to my weekly sessions. The very best part of these sessions though is, without doubt, Lucy herself - we laugh to the point of tears as I attempt a new maneovre or push myself to complete that last rep. Cannot recommend these sessions with Lucy enough ❤️

I love Lucy’s class, I have taken pre pregnancy and enjoyed classes up to the end of pregnancy. Lucy is brilliant and can adapt exercises as you need to. I highly recommend!
