A. S.I've just had the most amazing 1:1 Pilates and Yoga class with Kirsty. I've been expertly assessed, stretched and supported following a recent injury and am booked in for more private sessions before moving to one of Air Yoga's amazing group classes. The teachers are amazing here and the studio space is gorgeous. Highly recommended.
S. C.Definitely the best yoga classes I have been to. The instructors really know their stuff and are clearly very passionate about what they are teaching. They differentiate the asanas to suit students in the class who are working at slightly different levels, and the classes are paced really well, with time for a well deserved savasana at the end so that you return home feeling relaxed and restored! I usually book a class with Rachel - she is lovely and kept me calm during my recent wedding planning!!! The added bonus of the studio is that it is beautifully clean - a real bonus during seated and floor based poses (and not something that all studios seem to care as much about!) Thanks to all of you and see you soon!
J. K.Lovely little yoga and pilates studio right by South Woodford underground station. Good variety of classes and times and fantastic teachers. Don't forget to checkout out Kikirocs next door for great coffee.
