Camelia has covered my Pilates classes and my clients absolutely loved her. She's very reliable and committed. She's got great knowledge about Pilates and other forms of exercise. Having suffered from a quite a long covid induced stagnant period, my lower back was in agony especially during the night and morning. Having had no previous experience of Pilates, my physio recommended I see someone. I found Camelia on Google and thought it was worth a try. Had the initial conversation and have seen her numerous times already. We started working immediately on where the pain was coming from and I noticed a huge improvement within days. It’s been several weeks and my back is a lot better. She’s very knowledgeable, explains well and really makes sure that what you’re doing is correct for the best results. She guides you about what you can do yourself at home as well. I’d highly recommend! Life is too short for back pain.

Camelia has been coaching me by zoom for 18 months. Weekly Pilates matwork and TRX suspension training has given me core strength, balance and flexibility that I have never had before. The evidence is the movements I can now complete, which is really satisfying.

I would describe Camelia as an intelligent, considerate, responsive, funny and thorough Pilates instructor. Having had a 1-1 session with her, I felt Camelia listened and took seriously the importance of a teacher-student partnership and never made me feel silly or uncomfortable when I needed help or explaining further.
Some fitness instructors are smart and experienced, but don't collaborate with students well because they are wedded to their own plans and don't listen or respond well to students. Other people are pleasant instructors, but don't bring the emotionally intellectual horsepower to empower real improvement. The beauty of Camelia is that she brings both. She generates great ideas and stimulating teaching methods that are able to immediately build upon the existing level of her students and make them better. Also, Camelia has a wonderful balance of theory and practice. She has the abiltiy to teach - but then quickly move into the mode of what needs to be done to apply it to her students, creating structured and actionable advice that’s tailored.
Hand on heart, everyone would benefit from a class with Camelia.

I've been working with Camelia mostly on my posture and upper body strength, and so far (some ~10 weeks in) I'm very happy with the results.
I must confess I was somewhat sceptical at first about taking online personal training sessions (as opposed to face-to-face), but it's actually quite seamless. Camelia knows very well how to remotely guide the student into the proper form and never hesitates to offer adjustments and feedback.

In 2020 while playing with my nephews I dislocated my shoulder and didn't recover properly due to the lack of access to physiotherapy during lockdown and also, to be honest, the fact that I gave up on looking after it and started to accept living with the pain. I met with Camelia in Lanzarote who told me that Pilates could help me with the recovery process and, although I was sceptical at first, I decided to give it a try. We started working on very basic exercises to correct posture and improve my body awareness and later we combined exercises for greater control and specific exercises for shoulder recovery. I'm especially surprised by how, in such a short time, the awareness of my body improved and the pain started to reduce within only three weeks. Not only she helped me with my shoulder but she also reviewed my work setup and helped me to get rid of my chronic back and neck pain that came from bad posture when sitting down and was preventing me from enjoying surfing. Camelia knows very well the functioning of the muscular system and I understood how the core works in different postures, this made it possible to easily transfer the progress in Pilates to other aspects of my life not only the position in the work chair but also the balance for surfing when paddling and standing on the board and the walking and running position... and after few weeks of taking privates with Cam, I was also able to take part in her No-Impact HIIT classes, a bit feat for me and a fun class to join! I'm very happy I discovered Pilates and now I’m trying to convert the rest of my family to it!

I couldn't recommend Camelia's classes enough. I had regular pre-natal sessions and it helped me tremendously during all my pregnancy, relieving some back pain but also preparing me for labor. Camelia is really savvy in terms of anatomy, she clearly knows what she is talking about and helped me understand much, she is also full of energy and knows how to motivate someone.
