My mornings always begin with way more motivation and uplifting energy after I do my classes with Anastatis.
Anastatis has not only changed the way I feel and look- he has also shown me a whole new ‘way of life’. From learning how to BREATHE in any given situation, to challenging my body/mind the way it needs to be- Anastatis is the ideal teacher for anyone who needs that extra ‘push’ to get going and to keep a good habit in place. I’ve gone from dreading exercise to loving it and seeing it in a whole different perspective - it’s been years and I’m still enjoying it :)

Anastasis is an excellent yoga teacher and inversion coach. I cannot recommend enough his group classes, workshops and private sessions.
I had been practicing yoga for over a decade on and off when I met Anastasis. I had even completed couple yoga teacher trainings and taught for a short while. However, my practice was terribly lacking of technic and strength. As a result my practice was not evolving. When I started to have private sessions with Anastasis, I wanted to improve my practice in general and especially my backbends and forearm stand. Anastasis has been teaching me for over a year forearm stand along with other things. His teaching via private sessions, workshops, group classes has provided me technic/method and very useful tips which have transformed my practice. Anastasis’ approach is holistic and pragmatic. His teaching of inversions includes technic, breathing, nutrition and mental training (focus, awareness).
While training with Anastasis I have:
- worked in developing my strength and this is now an on-going process in my practice;
- become more aware of my breathing and how to use it when inverting;
- learned to set goals in my practice and commit to it in order to evolve:
- changed my diet;
- managed to establish and commit to a daily home practice. This is something I have never managed to commit before meeting Anastasis;
- been learning on working on active flexibility and not only relying on passive flexibility;
- learnt to go back to foundation and making sure to nail the foundation first before inverting or practicing something advanced:
- been learning the hard way to train with quality and mental focus and not frantically. This has been a major turn in my practice . As a result my yoga practice and notably my forearm stand has fairly recently become more consistent instead of being just random.
I am now starting to work on handstand with Anastasis along with my forearm stand training using all I have learnt so far from his coaching in inverting.

Anastasis infuses a great blend of knowledge and energy in his teaching. I learned things about breathing that I have never known about or thought to observe before participating in this course.
The directions for exercises are very simple and clear. His voice is so pleasant and centering. And I love that each exercise is less less than 10 minutes (some even shorter) as it makes it manageable to incorporate into my morning routine before beginning my work for the day.
I will definitely be making these exercises a part of my daily routine!

I did a 14 day online prerecorded breathing workshop with Anastasis. It is obvious that Anastasis is a very knowledgable and experienced breath coach. The workshop consisted of one daily email containing the link to one theory and one practice YouTube video. The videos were brief and to the point. Anastasis managed to condense and present the most important information on breathing right in his theory clips and give a good selection and overview of breathing exercises in his practice ones. Each daily session was about 6-7 minutes long; no excuse not to fit it in! By the end I noticed a marked improvement in my breathing, mood and sleep. I highly recommend working with Anastasis.

I started practicing yoga 6 months ago out of desperation. Despite or because of a lot of physical activity - cycling and hiking - I was suffering from chronic back and joint pain. I chose Anastasis after watching YouTube clips of several of Londons "best" instructors. My partner and I have been taking private ZOOM classes with Anastasis twice a week since June, and we supplement them with short morning routines that Anastasis regularly updates to assist us with where we are in the evolution of our practice, and any musculoskeletal limitations we are experiencing. I'm astonished not only by how much my yoga practice has advanced in six months with Anastasis, but also by the virtual elimination of the progressively worse back and joint pain I dad been experiencing in recent years. 50 km cycle rides, 10 Km strenuous hikes, even a 1,000 km car ride - NO problem! Anastasis is a superb instructor - great technically, passionate about what he does, and enjoyable to be with. I highly recommend him.

I recently joined one of Anastasis yoga/breath work combination workshops. Anastasis does a great job weeding through the science and applying theory into a practise. Not only that, Anastasis stays on top of the science and like any good practitioner first practises what he preaches. Which provides great comfort as a student.
He puts great time and thought into the design of the workshop and you will come away from it with at least a couple of key applicable take homes.

Anastasis is an incredibly talented yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for many years and within a few months of working with him I was able to master postures I had never been able to achieve before. He is very thoughtful in how he structures sessions and is excellent at personalising yoga practice to meet individual needs. Highly recommended!!

I did online training with Anastasis for handstands.
I did practice handstands for many years now, here and there, but latest I haven't given the attention it needed for my HS practice.
Anastasis is an awesome teacher with deep knowledge in handstands and inversions in general.
He helped me from day 1 to correct my alignment and get back into shape and in 1week my alignment was by far better ( for a reason I was piking too much). We fixed this and some other little issues that came up in the meantime.
In addition now my chances of successfully holding a handstand are higher, something that I was struggling with when I was practising alone for years

Anastasis is an amazing teacher, he gives great honest feedback which is essential for development. He welcomes new students and adapts practice for each student. He understands his students level and gives direction to suit individual needs. Anastasis teaches me yoga and handstand classes and I have progressed significantly in both of these since being in his classes.

Anastasis has helped me enormously in improving my yoga, and in particular building up the strength and flexibility in my shoulders to recover from a long standing injury which was holding me back. He has identified where I need to improve my flexibility and his exercise routines really work. Whatever your level of yoga practice I'm sure Anastasis would help you get further on your journey. Namaste.

I have been training under Anastasis for just over a year now, and I can honestly say Anastasis classes have provided me with a new surge of enthusiasm for developing and improving my own yoga practice. As a yoga teacher myself, it's usually hard to find a teacher that challenges you in the areas you need to improve, but Anastasis classes are unorthodox, dynamic and challenging, with no two classes the same, I find myself learning something new every practice. This has inspired to be more exciting and unconventional in my own teaching style.
S. L.
Anastasis is brilliant - as far as technical aspects go, he can spot what you might want to improve, he knows how to help you get there and he will help you get there. I have been practising yoga for quite a few years and have practised with multiple teachers all over the world - I can recommend Anastasis, no second thoughts!

I have known Anastasis and trained handstands with him for almost a year now. As a personal trainer myself, I know what it takes to work with individuals of different skills and levels, and I must say that Anastasis has an incredible capacity and an expert teaching technique. He is both very intuitive and knowledgable but more than anything, he is passionate about what he does, whether it is handstands, yoga or nutrition. I have grown and evolved miles under his guidance and I highly recommend him to everybody who needs conditioning and inspiration in these fields.

Anastasis is an excellent yoga teacher. I progressed more in the first 6 months of going to Anastasis's classes than I had in the previous 3 years. His classes are challenging-just the right amount to push both strength and flexibility-and delivered in a kind and warm manner and with helpful adjustments that make you realise what your body is capable of. As someone who is not naturally flexible or fearless I can now nearly do front splits and have been working towards handstand. I couldn't recommended Anastasis more.

I started practising yoga with Anastasis.
it's has been 8 months now. He knows most of the people in his classes, giving us all different options with some of the poses to help us improve. This made me going back all that months and result was amazing which I surprised myself:) . After each class I felt calmer and relax i think that's what we all looking to have in London stress free life.
Thanks for all your hard work Anastasis.

Anastasis is a very knowledgeable and experienced teacher. For anyone interested in Ice training and incorporating WHM breathing into their routine, his workshops are the best. The day was clearly structured and he made every exercise accessible for beginners and more advanced students. Thank you!

The 2 week Breathe Right course is seriously good value for money for anyone wanting to improve their day to day breathing and learn how to build CO2 tolerance over time. It's in short bites of information and practice each day so is easy to fit into your day, and gives the understanding needed to make sense of the practices. As a huge bonus, Anastasis answers any questions you have which is pretty awesome for a course at this price, particularly as he has such a good knowledge of breathing practices and yoga so has a more holistic approach than many breathing coaches. Even though I had been working with my breath for a couple of months prior to discovering the course it opened me up to some really key things I had missed and has made a big difference for me.

Anastasis continues to deliver really qualitative content. Breathing still seems to be an underrated practice these days, yet its benefits are numerous, and starting a self-practice can be intimidating. With this simple, yet information rich two week course, Anastasis manages to give us the foundations to continue our own practice, and to understand the effects of various exercises on the body, as well as to grow more familiar with chemical reactions occurring within as we breathe in different ways. Self-awareness is times and times again linked to happiness, and a breathing practice is a gentle way to begin looking inwards, understanding the body and noting various aspects of our physical and emotional responses.
It’s designed smartly - very time efficient and something to be tailored on the long run, and provides information grounded in science.
Value for money is really good, and I cannot recommend it more!

I've been on my fitness journey for more than 5 years. I wish I'd met Anastasis earlier in the process. His one-on-one training is exactly what I had been looking for in a yoga & mobility trainer - and never found. He gives practical explanations, a real sense of challenge and progression. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I went to Anastasis arm balance workshop and it was brilliant. He is a very engaging teacher and very approachable. In two hours I learnt so many things that I could take away with me and work on to help me improve my inversions. There were variations to arm and leg placement in headstand and crow I’ve never seen before, so it was really exciting to try something new.

Anastasis is a brilliant teacher. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of asana and pranyama. He structures his classes really well and gets a good balance between flow, finding time to focus on more advanced postures, and breathwork. He always finds time for arm balances and inversions which is great for students' development. Thanks Anastasis!

I have no hesitation recommending Anastasis. He is very knowledgeable about all things health related and I find his advice inspiring and thought provoking. He has really helped my practice out of sight by encouraging and supporting me to try new things and realise that I can do it! I enjoy the variety and being able to practice in a supportive and not overly serious environment too.

Anastasis leads a deeply thought and deeply satisfying practice, forever communicating the ideas and knowledge on which it is based, always searching for more, warm and humane, demanding but also able to adapt to the individual's needs. As an older man with some mobility problems, I've found the personal attention he's given me has enabled me to release movement no other teacher has come close to doing. Highly recommended.

I've been working with Anastasis for almost 2 years and the improvements I've achieved in his classes are significant. If anyone is aiming to improve in inversions in a quick and efficient way then here's the best place. Thanks to him for my perfect headstand posture.

Anastasis is knowledgable and passionate, with a grounded approach to this interesting breathing technique. I very much appreciated his approach to sharing the science behind it and a measured understanding of it's potential. Although I have had some experience doing the 10 week WHM course, I certainly learned a lot from Anastasis and would really encourage anyone interested in the Wim Hof Method / Sports Science / Yoga to give one of his classes a try.

I had a session with Anastasis to work on my handstands. He is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the correct technique. The exercises he gave me have been really helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their handstands.

I suffered with a radial nerve injury for months. Tried various physios and experts but made no progress. Started working with Anastasis and just a few weeks in I started to feel progress. Not only is he an expert in fitness, flexibility, yoga, breath work and nutrition, he’s also very generous with his knowledge. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Anastasis gave a really thorough workshop teaching you according to what you want to learn, and gave brilliant support during the ice bath experience. I felt in good hands and would recommend.

Well recommended, Anastasis offers an inspiring approach that's open, warm and welcoming. He's skilled, informative and supportive, guiding a holistic healthy yogic practice for life.

I found this 14 day course incredibly useful l. I was very surprised with how much my hamstrings opened up. I learned a lot oabout the associated muscles that I also needed to work on the release my hamstrings.

Well to be given the confidence to do a headstand was something I have being doing vinyasa classes for 2 years but with just a 2 hour workshop with the amazing Anastasis I now have the confidence and know-how to turn upside with skill and confidence and two hours in the ‘flying bank’ as he like to call it. Can’t wait for the next workshop.

By far my favourite yoga teacher. I have also done one of the weekend workshops and was brilliant. Pushes you to do the best you can do, yoga class different every time (not the exact same sequence), teaches new skills (head stands, arm balances, etc.). Would definitely recommend!

Anastasis is excellent, practical and expert advice on nutrition, and high quality yoga tuition. Great guy, with a great insight. Thanks Anastasis!

Although I always believed I had a good grasp of health and a reasonable diet After a consultation with Anastasis Tzanis I realised that was not the full history. Anastasis has a way of communicating very complicated concepts in a very simple way that really ignates you to take action.
