Her classes align mindfulness with physicality and spirituality, without losing touch with the practical needs of the modern world. Yoga with Anna, on and off the mat, extends balance and healing from yoga practice into nutrition and way of life. She’s the best!

I normally never practice yoga. I am a cardio person but I enjoyed my experience with Anna with Yoga. Anna has a sensitive approach and focuses on strengthening and stretching the body which is essential for me and generally for anyone with busy lifestyle. When weather is sunny and warm Anna does amazing classes in the park.

Really amazing! I started with zero experience with yoga and haven’t been doing any exercise for a while, then I started joining the beginner classes at first I wasn’t flexible or capable of doing a lot of the poses but with time and great guidance from Anna helped me to gain my strength and flexibility and I feel amazing ! Much more healthier and eager to exercise ! Thanks again really amazing !
