E. R.Anna is a very professional and inspiring teacher. I attend the Saturday yoga classes and singing bowls meditations, and I cannot recommend them enough. At the end of each session I feel energised and in peace, it is the highlight of the day!
R. P.Anna makes sure you are having the whole yoga experience, she plays different lovely music during the session depending if you are doing strength, balance or breathing exercises.She not only looks after the music, she considers every detail like the lighting and the scent.
She keeps updating herself by attending to yoga trainings and workshops so she keeps introducing new things to us like sound healing.
She is not only an amazing professional, she is a wonderful person who you could not thank enough!
