This is a great centre, friendly, clean and helpful. Most of my lessons are with Antonio though I've had Pilates classes with several teachers over the years and they've all been really good. Antonio provides a great balance of support and challenge that's helped me build strength after injury and a general feeling of wellness. I thoroughly enjoy my lessons - never boring.

Can't recommend this place enough. Our work involves a fair bit of lifting and shifting and so we started going to Pilates classes here. It's a very physio style approach to pilates. Its definitely given us the confidence to know we can stretch and breathe our way out of most aches and pains, posture has never been better. We have lessons with Andrea who is AMAZING, but friends we've recommended to the studio all speak extremely highly of their teachers too so i think the standard is really good across the board. We are several years in to attending classes here and can't imagine ever stopping.

I've been attending Pilates classes at Body Alliance for 10 years now. I have an excellent teacher in Andrea. She keeps my body going and perhaps knows it better than I do. I leave the classes feeling taller, energised and much more flexible. I've also had the occasional massage from Silvia and have really felt the benefit afterwards. I can't recommend them both and the studio enough.

I have been doing Pilates for about three years now. I really needed to sort out my lower back and posture after a career behind a desk left me needing osteopathy all too often. Melissa is a fantastic instructor. She has really helped me work on my core strength, flexibility and awareness. She watches like a hawk and asks you to make those little adjustments to an exercise that make all the difference. Highly recommended.

I started reformer Pilates about 9 months ago. My partner has done it for a few years and kept pestering me to come with him. A full time desk job, and years of martial arts, boxing and running have left me with permanently sore shoulders/back/neck (and headaches), tight muscles and more than a few injuries, and he promised it would help. Much as I hate saying he's right :), I am genuinely amazed at the difference in even my first few sessions with Andrea. She calmly diagnosed my issues just by watching how I move, and instantly picked up on hypermobility that all physios have missed. Thanks to her techniques and guidance, the headaches, tightness and soreness have virtually disappeared, and I always leave the classes feeling balanced and aligned. Pilates has made such a difference to me and I highly recommend Andrea and Body Alliance.

I had a one-to-one Pilates Reformer session with Tania who was amazing - she is very warm and knowledgeable and could see straight away what was going on with my posture, helping me learn movements to build strength and correct imbalances. The session was very informative and has given me the confidence to try group classes. The Body Alliance Studio is fantastic - a clean, relaxed and lovely space, 100% recommend.

I have been to see Tania twice for my back problems and she is extremely helpful and professional, offering a referral and also suggesting and practicing a variety of treatments. The treatment area is calm and relaxing and I felt in safe hands throughout. I would recommend the Body Alliance to anyone who has a niggle they want to address but haven’t got round to it yet!

Been going to Body Alliance for a year now for group and 1:1 classes with Mélissa who is a phenomenal and very dedicated teacher! She works really hard to understand each of her clients. Highly recommend Body Alliance.

My husband and I absolutely love Sylvia's massages... She has a completely holistic approach, Adams the treatment to how you are feeling that day and also advises on nutrition! Amazing. Also I've been doing Pilates with the amazing Andrea for over a year now and she's fantastic.

As a regular gym user I suffer from consistent aches and pains especially in my upper back and shoulders. Having tried countless massage therapists/osteopaths/chiropractors I have found most of them to be fairly average and not really getting to the root of the problem. My expectations when booking a massage now are fairly low, so to say I was pleasantly surprised to experience such a good massage at Body Alliance is an understatement! I had a chap called Lewis who was most intuitive to the areas in my body which needed manipulation. The pressure was nice and deep, just what's needed when you have muscle pains from the gym. I have been back three times and see no reason why I would look for another therapist now. Thank you.
