I have been attending Carley’s Yoga classes for a few months now and really enjoy them. I find the classes to be fun and challenging.
I was a complete beginner at first and Carley’s classes were my first experience in Yoga.
Carley was very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to explain to me about various styles/aspects of Yoga and she carefully explained/demonstrated many Yoga poses throughout her class.
Carley is a great teacher and I’m very happy with the improvements I’ve made under her guidance.
I look forward to continuing her classes and would recommend them to anybody interested in, or currently practicing Yoga. Namaste 🙏

I started online yoga classes with Carley a few weeks ago after a friend of mine recommended her. She is great! I really like the pace and feel so energetic after every session! I am not an expert in yoga myself and the level is just about right! I always look forward to the sessions! She is a very good instructor and really nice person :) I definitely recommend her classes!

I have been joining Carley’s yoga classes for several years and she is just amazing! A great instructor, always willing to help you with positive attitude that gives you the strength to develop yourself through the classes. Her voice and calmness help you to actually reach connection, stillness and release tension.
Especially through these difficulty times with COVID-19, Carley is a ray of sunshine during our week. I am always looking forward to joining her classes and I definitely recommend her!

Carley is such a compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher! She teaches in such a way that makes it accessible and enjoyable for anyone. Her directions are clear and concise, and she is always happy to help you. I always feel relaxed and centred, and it is actually the first time I feel connected to a yoga teacher. I'll start this review by saying that I am, in practical terms, a complete beginner to yoga. I've been to a class or two previously.
I've been doing the online sessions for almost a month, and I've noticed that not only have I managed to gain some flexibility and an understanding for how to perform some of the movements, but the 8am class really sets me up well for the day working from home, particularly in light of current circumstances.
Carley brings a lot of enthusiasm and a great energy to the class, demonstrating and guiding the class, but also providing individual feedback as appropriate. 5 Stars! *****

I’ve had many one to one yoga lessons with Carley over the past few years. I play tennis and it is good for my muscles to be stretched out properly after. It makes such a difference with recovery time. This also helps with my flexibility. Also, after sitting down at a desk all day and then doing one of Carley’s yoga sessions, it makes you feel much better.
