I love my Pilates sessions with Rebecca - I have been attending weekly 1-2-1 sessions with Rebecca since the summer and she has helped me rediscover movement in my back after years of struggle, aches and pains. I honestly feel like she has helped give my body a new lease of life! She is such an encouraging, patient and calm teacher and explains clearly each exercise. Her knowledge and experience is an inspiration. I have also recently started participating in Rebecca’s online matwork classes, which are great with sessions available both live and on replay, and can therefore fit around your schedule. I am so glad that I took the decision to sign up - I can’t recommend Rebecca enough!

Excellent teaching and now all classes are available online I am able to attend more often. I do triathlon (swimming, cycling and running) and was prone to injury before Pilates. Since coming to Rebecca's classes I have been injury-free and also found the sessions have improved my stability and strength which in turn has improved my performance. Whilst lockdown is on the live classes are supportive as you can see others, but the video replays are so useful as you can fit them around work and family. As a result I have done more Pilates during lockdown than before! I've been going to Catford Pilates for 2.5 years and would really recommend to others.

I've been attending Rebecca's matwork classes for nearly a year now - this is the longest period I've ever committed to a weekly exercise, so that should tell you something! I look forward to every class as I feel I've had a workout each time, as well as time to reset my brain. Rebecca brings a new variation each class so its never boring or predictable, and she really pays attention to the experience/confidence levels in class in order to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy it. I've recently started 121 reformer classes too - it was quite daunting for me as a relative beginner, but Rebecca has found a great balance of challenge and support in my classes and I thoroughly enjoy them. If you're looking to try pilates in a supportive yet stimulating class, please do give Catford Pilates a try!

I've been going to the Catford Pilates Wednesday lunchtime class for a few months and am so pleased I decided to sign up. The classes are benefitting me both physically and mentally. Rebecca is a great teacher, adapting all the exercises to the needs of each individual in the group. I always leave the class feeling like I've worked hard and that my mind has been cleared of its usual stresses. The timetable is also great for me. All in all, highly recommended!

I'm an absolute Pilates beginner but an osteopath recommended I give it a go as the next step after receiving treatment for lower back pain. I was really nervous before my first class and worried that I might hate pilates! But I started with some 1 on 1 classes with Rebecca after finding her locally, and I'm so glad that I did. The 1 on 1 classes were gentle and she totally adapted each class to my needs and my zero experience. By the second 1-1 class I was already seeing an improvement with my confidence in it. I've now 'graduated' myself to a weekly group class and am finding I'm looking forward to iy each week. The group class is small and I can still get that 1-1 attention if I need to or if I'm not sure about anything. I leave the classes feeling calmer and more even/balanced in my body, and also have noticed an increased awareness of my posture in general. I'd highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who is thinking of giving Pilates ago, it's a lovely supportive atmosphere in which to learn.

I look forward to my Catford Pilates class every week. Our instructor, Rebecca, clearly enjoys what she does - her classes are nicely paced, fun, and I get a really good workout.
