O. M.It was all rather last minute. It was Day 1 of a 22 day break and I decided to book a Swedish massage. Reviews of Cloud 12 were good and I went for it. It’s a lovely set up and Tatiana was very good. The staff were lovely as well and I lived to at I could return to the sauna afterwards. A shame it wasn’t a very hot sauna and the steam room out of order. But these things happen and I’m sure it’ll be up and running soon. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be booking again. Thank you.
S. D.I was invited to the Cloud Twelve Brasserie to try their new menu with a friend. We were so impressed with the food - the small plates made it fun to share and the variety meant we had lots to choose from. The venue and service were both impeccable. I would really recommend for a special lunch, especially if you're vegan. Great little spot!
A. M.My friend Gabi and I went on Saturday. We booked a spa package which gave us yummy lunch and then access to the spa. We got an hour's full body massage and 30 min facial. It was all wonderful! The staff were so friendly, not at all intimidating as you sometimes get in spas, and the treatments were dreamy. We plan to come back! Thank you
M. D.I booked in for a haircut with Dora, who I’ve followed around central London for a few years now. She’s such a talented stylist, with a deep understanding of hair and most of all of individual needs.
Just when I thought the service couldn’t get any better, she’s now based at Cloud Twelve, which is such a beautiful salon nestled away from the hustle and bustle, I love having my hair done there.
Dora is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had, I would 100% recommend her, you will not be disappointed.

C. R.I’ve been to Cloud Twelve on 3 separate occasions for spa treatments. The service and quality of the treatments have been amazing ! I felt like I was on holiday each time - in such a zen and tranquil setting and lovely therapists. I love the product ranges for the facials and the waxing was one of the most pain-less that I’ve had. Would highly recommend Cloud Twelve for anybody looking to spend a little bit extra on an exceptional experience. There is also a gorgeous vegan cafe in the complex.

For any treatment, you can go ahead with your eyes closed they are perfectly adapted and adjusted to your needs. 5 stars for the spa!
But what I appreciate the most, is the service, all the staff are so dedicated, nice, they listen and will do everything to accommodate.
