D. D.I have participated in a couple of Catie's workshops and I highly recommend anyone to participate in her workshops. Catie has a methodological approach when teaching skills and you really feel you are getting something valuable out of the practises. I am integrating her practical teachings into my routine which in turn has helped me on my constant journey to become a better version of myself. Thank you. P.S. R. F.Catie is simply on a different level and one of a kind! She's an amazing Yoga teacher whose passion for inversions and backbends is contagious. She has great knowledge and the ability to teach step by step challenging poses even in mix level classes. She never puts you off and encourages you to get over the fear of falling or injuring yourself. Her classes are always fun and I would definitely recommend Catie to anyone.
M. V.I can’t compliment this enough! As a beginner, naturally, I was apprehensive about going to a yoga retreat with people at all levels. I can tell you that that apprehension didn’t even factor in as soon as I arrived at Spectrum Turkey. It was one of the best things I’ve experienced. In one week, my body was stronger and I was so much more energised. The yoga was brilliant and Catie, founder of CYoga is one of the most patient and encouraging teachers I’ve come across. She was able to adjust for all levels but at the end of the week, I felt a sense of achievement. I thoroughly recommend Spectrum Turkey and learning with CYoga. It was great value, the food was delicious and the surroundings spectacular! Thank you Catie for everything and I shall return very soon.

Before I did not know what was the feeling of doing a backbend, handstand, headstand, splits,etc...now I know thanks to my amazing Yoga teacher and since then I can not live without doing Yoga. I really recommend Catie, I am physiotherapist and I know how the body works and I must say that Catie knows more about the body than me she has a lot of knowledge and she is different from others teachers because she dedicates her time to 100% yoga that's what makes her special.

A. M. T. &. Y.Get benefits from Cyoga experience and step up your practice! After 1 week in Turkey I feel stronger and got over many fears especially of being upside down! Catie adjusts her classes to all levels so everyone has something to do and work on. M. E.Catie is such a great teacher, especially when it comes to backbends and inversions. She has given me the courage to leave the wall and learn to fall over in headstand, forearm stand and even in hand stand.
But her retreats are also full of fun, humour, playing games, warm- hartedness, togetherness and sometimes philosophy. Been to her retreats three times already and I´ll be back.
