Great class - fun and challenging, but the instructor Robin always gives options to suit all levels. Great front of house too, warm and friendly welcome.

Lovely new spacious yoga studio. Very good teachers. Ambience is modern with calming concrete, pale unfinished wood. The main studio has plenty of light filtering through soft curtains. The shop stocks beautiful items such as School of Life books and other treats which make a perfect present to yourself (!) or as gifts to others.

So happy this studio has opened! I have been poking for somewhere I can practice different styles of yoga and a bit of Pilates. I have just done the intro offer and every class I went to was amazing! Really good teachers, and a lovely large, clean studio space with all the mats and props you would need. Reception staff also very helpful and inviting. I will certainly be signing u for the membership, I’m hooked!

Great class, great teacher, superb location. First time ever to do Pilates and I didn't feel too overwhelmed even though I was lost more than once. It wasn't so bad that it would deter me from coming back though! I feel that I could, with practice, manage to catch up and work on doing the exercises properly.

Came here for an inversion workshop on Sunday afternoon. Venue looked great and felt spacious, pace of the workshop was just right, teachers were patient and informative, and there were noticeable improvement when compared to my ability before going in. I'd book the same workshop again in a heartbeat. One criticism may be that I only noticed one shower (there could be more that I wasn't aware of) which may limit when you'd be able to go to Down to Earth if you had something to go to after and was in a rush.
