I have known Sharon for 5 years and has been in my life since I have had children. I did pregnancy yoga in both pregnancies and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The sessions with Sharon were a need! The relaxing, friendly, supportive atmosphere made my pregnancy sweeter and helped me be in a better control of my body.
I would recommend to any pregnant lady to join her lessons as they are much more than pregnancy yoga, they are an amazing opportunity to connect with people, share experiences and get emotional support.
I cannot wait to join her other types of yoga classes and enjoy them fully!!

Where do I start? When I joined Sharon’s class I known absolutely nothing about yoga. I would shy away from group classes at gyms or private classes because of my non-yoga was. Sharon encouraged me to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. The classes are small and welcoming with attendees at every level. Sharon accommodates all so beautifully and seamlessly while stretching and pushing is to do more. I’m so pleased I joined these midweek sessions; it’s the one thing during the week I do for myself abs I look forward to it every week. I was almost hesitant to write this review, not because I don’t think she’s great but the fact is once word gets out about how brilliant she is, we’ll have to share her. Sharon, you’re a game-changer of a teacher.

My partner and I did a beginners yoga class at E14 Yoga and the class was brilliant. We are both at different levels at yoga but the pace was spot on for both of us. Sharon explained all the postures really clearly and made us feel relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend E14 Yoga to anyone starting out at yoga or looking to improve.

This is the type of yoga i have been looking for. It works on stretching your body and muscles which i really need after working too long on my desk and after low physical activity during the pandemic. A really bonus is, at last, finding a yoga class for women only. I have been looking for ladies only one for so long before i join Sharon.

As a yoga newbie, I wasn’t sure what to expect from my consultation with Sharon. I haven’t practiced before and felt a little uneasy before starting as I’ve got a rotator cuff injury (that’s a bad shoulder). Immediately Sharon made adaptations to moves to accommodate any discomfort the shoulder might feel. I thoroughly enjoyed my session, was pleasantly surprised by how much I could actually do... and who knew yoga makes you sweat! Sharon has such a calm and friendly approach and clearly really knows her stuff. She made me feel very relaxed and I’d absolutely recommend her to everyone!

As a yoga novice I was slightly nervous, but the lessons are fun and certainly not intimidating. There is a lovely vibe to the classes with Sharon giving great guidance and encouragement. Although, please be assured that you certainly work and get a sweat on! I would recommend 100% !

Sharon is a great yoga teacher for beginners or people who struggle with flexibility and keeping up with studio yoga classes, She will understand your limitations of movement and will educate you better about your own body and muscles and then work with you in a step by step way to overcoming those limitations. She is full of praises and words of encouragement which makes learning and growing the practice a lot of fun .She is a very positive person and lights up the room as soon as she enters it, anyone would gain hugely from learning from her.

Sharon is a very patient teacher who is passionate about helping me to become the best version of myself. I am an intermediate level and have attended yoga classes before. Sharon’s yoga class is the highlight of my week, without a doubt.
I was recommended to try yoga to improve flexibility. To start with I was a bit cynical about whether yoga would be effective for me because I find breathing in a relaxed manner quite difficult and am a bit uncoordinated and extremely inflexible! I’m also a person who doesn’t like to make mistakes, which makes learning and trying new things quite a challenge.
However, I found Sharon to be a calm, peaceful, kind and supportive person and she seemed to immediately “get” what I needed from her sessions. Without any fuss she just got on with helping me at a pace I was able to manage.
After just a few one-to-one sessions, I suddenly found myself making progress and being able to execute postures that I thought were beyond my remit. And moreover, it felt relaxing and good. I was able to breathe properly for the first time in years using muscles I’d forgotten I had.
Each class is planned to have a theme which means that no two classes are identical, and I have learned so much working with her. I always leave the class relaxed and uplifted and ready to enjoy the day ahead. She is a talented teacher who clearly cares deeply about her work.

I am two classes in and so glad I signed up. Last pregnancy I suffered from very bad sciatica and general anxiety, I attended pregnancy yoga and it was useful. Although my current/ second pregnancy so far hasn't been painful like last pregnancy and my anxiety I've been able to manage I wanted to attend pregnancy yoga as self help and a preventative method.
I feel like I am getting soo much more than just yoga with Sharon's clases, I feel like I am getting antenatal classes with the sessions and the theme of every class so far has been so relevant and perfectly timed for me.
Sharon is also just so fantastic with her initial and continuous communication and I don't feel like I am moaning or complaining about my concerns.

I attended one of Sharon’s classes as a gift from a friend. I was welcomed into the group immediately and Sharon was a very friendly, helpful and supportive instructor. I had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the class to anyone, even if they are complete novices (like myself!)

Wednesday evenings have quickly become the highlight of my week- this is my first time doing yoga and it has really helped me both physically and mentally.
Shar works at a pace that works for me as a beginner but also makes me laugh along the way which is always a bonus.

Truly enjoyed the beginners yoga class, we trekked from North West London to give it a go and it was worth it. Shar and the regulars were friendly, welcoming and had a sense of humour. Fantastic class, happily recommend giving it a go!

Sharron @ E14 Yoga is a fantastic and professional Yoga coach. She makes you feel comfortable right away and really knows her Yoga. Having assessed me, Sharron came up with the sequences I needed to strengthen my core and improve mobility in my hib. If like me you had never tried Yoga, give it a go, especially with E14 Yoga!

Started Yoga just over 4 years ago with Sharron, I always nervous to start classes at my own gym being the newbie and not overly knowing what I was doing but Sharron made me feel relaxed instantly and has built my confidence with our one to one lessons.. and has made me fall in love with Yoga... I also love her coreplay classes they are fun and cover all ages and levels... cant recommend her enough !!
