Beautiful studio and amazing teachers! A short 2-minute walk from Bank tube station, suitable for all levels - it's the perfect yoga haven right in the middle of the city!

A well designed space with large studios and warm, relaxing décor. I took Belinda Burwell's class and she is a very thoughtful and sensitive teacher who really encourages you to connect with your breath and movement during class - would highly recommend!

I joined in February. This is a super friendly place. I feel very peaceful when I get there, even when it is busy. The staff a d teachers are excellent. The classes are always challenging and I have improved my strength and flexibility so much through yoga and barre. If you want a laid back studio with tough classes, that's the place.

Been coming here for over two years and it is simply the best yoga studio for City people. Lovely studios and great teachers, as well as really friendly staff (esp. Tim) who make the place so cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend if you work in the City and need a place to relax for your yoga practice during the work week.

Five stars for Victoria who teaches the Friday 8.45 reformer Pilates session. I went last year when my back was poorly and she really gets to know your body and provides adjustments for the moves. She's actually the only one I trust to do that and given the amount of men and injury stricken I saw in her classes, you can understand what kind of workout you're getting. The machines were the best quality I saw in London so far. The mirrors and the room layout is also great. I'm only sad that the cost is somewhat prohibitive and therefore I have to keep moving studios.

I went today to a flow class and it was great! I've been living in London for 3 months and going to triyoga and had generally been frustrated there. I will be going to Blue Cow going forward! Studios were spacious and peaceful. Facilities are so nice with changing rooms, and lockers. The class was great-challenging but not dripping sweat and I left feeling stretched, exercised, and amazing.

As a total yoga newbie, I was slightly scared about going to yoga but I thought if it is good enough for Giselle it is good enough for me! The team at Blue Cow put me at ease very quickly and recommended a good mix of classes for me. I started with the basics programme with the fab Pete C who talked me through all the poses, some of which were very much like moves that I was familiar with from the gym (lunges, planks and other joys) and the 45 minute class (perfect for getting back to work) flew by. The facilities are fantastic, the studio has been designed with users in mind, for girls, there are hair bands behind reception, straighteners, cotton buds and a range of items to re-pair your face after class. The vibe in the studio is friendly and there is a real community, I have made friends and am now a converted yogi. Highly recommend.

I am big on a good barre workout and have tried most of the major barre studios in London over several years as well as some smaller niche studios (Barrecore, Barre Xtend, gym classes included in member packages like Third Space etc.)
This place for me personally gave the most effective workouts in a short space of time as the classes are quite intense and last the full 55min so more bang for your buck so to speak, although I believe the barre studio is tied to Heartcore barre pricing which is on the pricier side. Also I did need to go 2/3x a week for a couple of months to get to the ideal body shape I wanted and found the first few classes tough to keep up. Despite that, I have tried most of the trainers here and they are consistent across the board in giving a good quality workout regardless of who you get (although my personal fav is Tim).
Showers have decent water pressure and changing rooms are kept clean. Really well run little studio here and my go-to for toning workouts/barre classes in London (I have not tried the yoga classes).

Every time I visit London I go to Blue Cow. It's a peaceful and pleasant space, the staff is wonderful, and the teachers are great. I always find a class that fits my schedule and I leave feeling refreshed and centered. Definitely among the top studios in all of my travels.

Huge fan of Blue Cow, really friendly, nice studios and a great variety of different yoga styles and classes – astanga, jivamukti, mysore, pilates, dynamic flow and loads more. Great range of teachers too. One thing I find off-putting about some studios is when teachers teach similar sequences or house styles so all classes feel the same, that isn't the case here which is why I really like it. Each teacher stands out as an individual and has their own way of teaching which keeps you interested and excited to try new classes.
Like the way they don't take themselves to seriously too, all kinds of people go to Blue Cow (some studios can be a bit worthy and full of intense yogis and super-slim rich mums) and no one's going to look down on you if prefer mojitos to mung beans.
Only criticism is that i'd like more classes at the weekend but i suppose is mainly targeted at people who work in the city who won't be around at weekend so prob not practical

Blue cow yoga is a pretty cool and calming yoga place in the heart of the city. I've tried one or two sessions and they are pretty good. Unfortunately a bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford it.

Beautiful facility, nice people, great classes. Clare is our favorite instructor, but don't go to her classes - we don't want them too crowded!

A wonderful, well organised yoga gym in the center of the City, with a large choice of courses and teachers, well organised, lockers , clean dressing rooms, with shower and commodities, it has everything you need for a session and after it.
