Amazing reformer pilates studio. The instructors Dmitri and Verner are very professional, know the technics very well and are very patient. I have been coming super regularly to Epoch Fitness for the past three years since my back injury (herniated disc) and doing the reformer pilates classes in this studio has been a life changer for me. These classes have helped me strengthen my back and core and therefore the pain had massively reduced. After my latest scan the results were just impressive.
I have tried many other pilates studios in London and none of them are close to the terrific spirit and professionalism of Epoch Fitness. The machines are of super good quality and everything is kept at the highest hygiene standards.

The reformer sessions are challenging and fun at the same time. I still remember that Dmitri said ‘the class is supposed to be hard then you will find everything easy when you go out of the class’. I have tried several different reformer Pilates studios and Epoch is definitely the best.

The instructors always push us to do more, obviously according to your ability. There is attention to detail in each exercise, and at times it feels as though you are having a one-to-one session with the instructor. They are always nearby, ready to make sure that you're doing the exercise correctly and effectively to achieve your goals quicker.
My strength, flexibility and muscle tone have improved so much since I started.
In the sessions you work muscles you didn't even know existed! After every class I feel mentally and physically great and I always look forward to the next one.
There are no other Pilates classes in London like the ones at Epoch Fitness and I totally recommend them.

I have been with Epoch for 1 year and a half, and I must admit I am totally addicted to its Pilates classes. I feel much better after every class, definitely stronger and more flexible. Instructor Dmitri is a great one, each class varies from the previous one and engages different parts of the body. I love the music choice, it gives a nice vibe to the session. The only disadvantage is a limited space for changing rooms but it still does not stop me to give up with Epoch as I love it! Highly recommend!

The most efficient exercise ever! The dynamic Pilates has the great balance between toning, strengthening and increasing flexibility. After an hour exercise at Epoch fitness, I always feel that my body works as hard as an intensive personal training session but without muscle pain.
I started the class with an aim to be healthier and stronger, than losing weight and toning was a bonus. After a month attending Dmitri's class once or twice a week, I could fit into the dress and jeans that I couldn’t fit for years. I tried personnel training sessions in other gyms before but I’ve never seen my body changing this fast.
I feel so lucky to find Epoch fitness and dynamic Pilates, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

I started attending Epoch classes regularly after a finger injury prevented me from rock climbing for a while. I'd always assumed Pilates would not be for me but was pleasantly surprised how accessible (but challenging!) the sessions are. Epoch fitness is one of the best reformer studio in London. It’s a challenging, fast paced workout and great for both experienced reformer Pilates fans and for beginners (though I had some one-on-one sessions prior to starting the classes which were invaluable). The instructors Dmitri, Nathalie and Verner are fantastic - the classes are small so they can make regular corrections and their teaching style is really encouraging, informative and unique so you really understand the exercises. In the same class they can quickly give easier or more challenging options to each exercise so you can push yourself or go easy depending on your ability. The classes always make me feel I’ve had a really thorough workout and worked muscles that do not normally get worked in other types but of exercise - it’s faster paced than other reformer classes I’ve been to so there’s a bit of a cardio too. I’ve been coming to the studio for 9 months and can feel massive improvements in my strength and my abs are looking great! The music is great too which is important! It’s also a very enjoyable and invigorating way to spend an hour. Highly recommend - if you love reformer Pilates or wanting to get into it you must go ..

I was advised to do pilates to help with lower back issues I've had for several years. I'm so glad that I went with Epoch Fitness! I started at Epoch fitness about a year and a half ago. Having consistently gone 2-3 times per week since then, I have noticed significant changes in my body and posture. I am much leaner than when I started, but more importantly, I am now much stronger than ever before.
The Epoch team are incredibly knowledgable about Pilates, and fitness in general. Each trainer places importance on having the correct technique, and will adjust you into the correct position if needed. All trainers consistently push you to your limits.
This is the best reformer Pilates in London, I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to transform their body.

I have been attending classes at Epoch for 6 months and I highly recommend Epoch to anyone who wishes to increase core strength and cardio. I had some initial apprehension committing full time to pilates as I was unsure if the classes would be hard enough (I had never done pilates before). I could not have been proven more wrong as this is some of the toughest exercise I have done. However, do not be put off by this if you are a beginner as Dmitri and his instructors hit the right balance between pushing you for gains and understanding your limits and levels. They cater for all abilities. I spent a good 10 years of my life training daily as an athlete. Now working full time in an office I find myself nursing back, hip, neck, shoulder etc pain. Epoch has made a big difference to my pain levels and I now feel stronger and healthier I honestly can't recommend this place enough

The Epoch dynamic pilates classes are the perfect training session! I started attending classes over a year ago with a view to strengthen my back and have been hooked since then! It’s a perfect combination of hard work and healthy physical exercise and the teachers check our postures very carefully. All the instructors are very knowledgeable/inspiring and have their own unique style so I like to attend different classes to benefit from each trainer's approach. They always challenge/encourage you to exceed your limits.

Fantastic! I’ve been going to epoch fitness now for about seven months. I started off with the occasional weekly class and eventually moved up to three times a week! I’m hooked! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the classes are challenging (the ginger, lemon tea is nice too). Classes are small, so Dimitri, Verner and Natalia really spend time correcting posture and body mechanics. Since I’ve been working out there, the range of motion in my shoulder has improved leaps, and I’m also beginning to see some muscle tone! Bikini this summer? Yes! As Dimitri says, ‘move more, live better’!

I've been going to Epoch for the past year now and I am totally addicted. Since joining I have noticed a change in my body, being more toned and leaner. Their classes are always different, even when I go three times a week there is always new moves thrown in. Dimitri and Gemma are my favourite teachers, both patient and also accommodating. The classes are mixed levels but they can cater for all levels by adjusting springs to suit you. I would highly recommend this Pilates studio to anyone. It is not a typical Pilates class, its a bit more dynamic and hard core, which is why I love it!. No pain No Gain!!!

Reformer Pilates @ Epoch Fitness is something one has to try! I am someone who is not too keen on gym workouts or large group classes with lots of jumping up and down. Having done swimming 3 times a week for a few years what I needed was something new, challenging, full of energy and with a good vibe. I did not know what reformer pilates was apart from hearing from a friend that it is not easy. What I discovered has truly changed my perspective on fitness. I have been attending twice a week and have seen great results. I am more flexible, feel stronger and more healthy not to mention how great I feel in my body. The workouts are challenging but Dmitri and his team of trainers allow you to push at your own pace. The classes are small (max. 8 people), run really well and to great music. It's easy to forget about your daily life once you concentrate on the your breathing and the exercise. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will not look for any other activity. This place is a hidden gem and does exactly what it says on the tin... and more!

Personal Training with Dmitri has been the top resource I could have found on my road to recovery; postpartum 7 months now. Before pre pregnancy, I was a marathon runner and did very little exercise other than variations of running and minimal strength training. I would spend 2-4 hours a day running and had very little balance to my life due to my approach, but priorities have certainly changed. Using Dmitri at Epoch Fitness has been the light through the clouds. Working on strength training, cardio mixed with deep stretching. His approach to good health, has been life changing for me. I am now 15 pounds lighter than before I had my son. Workouts are tough but well structured. He is brilliant at adapting on the spot, as I bring my son with me, so there are times we need to use my little peanut as a weight because he would like to join us. I always leave my personal training sessions feeling like I pushed myself, but also relaxed as well. The reformer machine and technique is an approach that I would highly recommend, paired with Dmitri's seasoned skills and experience, you are in great hands whether you are just starting to get into working out or you are high level athlete. Dmitri gets results and builds a great environment at the same time. He is a trainer that both inspires you and pushes you. Can not wait to see what the future brings for his career, he is a hidden talent among trainers.

Big claim, but he has clearly honed his craft and takes an intelligent, disciplined and enthusiastic approach to each class, and never wavers on this point. He will no doubt challenge your core to its limit but the results will speak for themselves. I never was a fan of Pilates and thought of it as some slow-pace boring exercise for those who are into stretching (which I am totally not). But I was so wrong! Classes at epoch fitness are the main reason why I keep waking up before 7am for more than a year now. Classes are a perfect combination of mobility and strength work switching between upper and lower body and core and are intense enough to elevate your heart rate.
Dmitri is a great trainer, very attentive, always there to correct your movement if needed. The good thing is that no class is the same as he constantly changes the routine. And a huge bonus is monthly running club organised by Dmitry and the team which is super fun.
My posture, core strength and general well being have definitely improved thanks to Epoch fitness so I can't recommend it more.

Dmitri and the whole team are the best. I saw a massive changed in my body after 8 weeks of practicing reformer Pilates at Epoch. The atmosphere is so calm and the instructors are so soothing and encouraging. They made me feel welcome and always correct mY posture when needed, they are really hands on. I worked with Epoch Fitness on a one to one basis for ten weeks in the run up to my wedding. I trained once a week with Dmitri during which he would film various exercises and stretches. From these clips he would then create and send me bespoke short workouts for me to do during the week. Along with input on diet and nutrition, Dmitri's tailor-made approach helped me lose weight and tone up for the big day. His style is relaxed and encouraging - no boot-camp shouting here, thank heavens. Would recommend to anyone interested in a bespoke fitness programme.

I had long been a lover of mat pilates but had fallen out of practice. Four months before my wedding I was motivated to get back into it so that I could feel great on the day. As luck would have it I found Dmitri's reformer classes, which were much more than I bargained for but the best thing I have done for my body. Going twice a week I toned up and got into clothes I hadn't fit into for years. I felt stronger and more comfortable in my body. It meant that on my wedding day, and throughout my honeymoon, I wasn't focused on my appearance and was able enjoy myself and have the best time. I had been doing pilates for a very long time in Spain and when I moved to London was searching for the perfect reformer pilates classes for ages. And finally I found epoch fitness and there dynamic pilates classes, which were some of the best sessions I have tried.
Classes are really good, and as there is a small number of people the classes become very hands one, and you get good and detailed instructions, and really helps you push yourself and enjoy the classes to the fullest as well as giving you options which might be slightly tailor to your needs (like me who have a sensitive back for example). The instructors are very professional but at the same time create a very good and friendly atmosphere in each session which makes you feel very comfortable and enjoying the class. Because there a different instructor the classes also felt very varied and having focused on on different parts or sometime working through the entire body you never get bored and I really feel the improvements and the strengths that I buildt up. The other people in the class are also friendly, which also adds to the overall experience. The venue is very clean and fresh , which for me is very important and there are good changing facilities.
I will absolutely be coming back to epoch fitness in the future.

Don't think twice. This dynamic pilates classes are the real thing. After suffering from lower back pain for around 3 years, I tried to strengthen my back and a colleague recommended Epoch fitness. I have been going twice a week for the last year, and I am totally pain free. At the beginning it is tough, you will exercise muscles you didn't even know you had, but if you are persistent, you will feel your body changing. All the trainers are top notch and you get "rock star" training for a very affordable price. As a sports man, I thought pilates was not going to be intense enough, but make no mistake, this is tough cardiovascular exercise, it won't be a walk in the park....
As I said, give it a try and keep going at least 10 times. After that, you will be addicted.

Love the classes! Reformer Pilates is a wonder and it has helped me fix a minor back problem and the HIIT Pilates is a great workout. The instruction is excellent. I started doing these Pilates classes last fall and they have done wonders for me. Ever since having surgery on my knee a couple of years ago, after tearing my ACL in football, I have been having problems regaining strength in my leg but these classes are exactly what I needed. If you want to work hard and get results, then this is the man for you. Been training with Dmitri now for a few years and his dynamic pilates is like nothing else you've done before. When you're short on time the last thing you want to do is spend hours in the gym each session. No one said that it's going to be easy and painless but we need the Effect, the Result, the Body, right?! I've known Dmitry for 7 years already and I've never met anyone more dedicated and knowledgeable. The studio on Foley street is always clean, fresh and ready for the exercises. The trainings are always interesting and new "torture movements against fat" are created just for you on a regular basis) I gave birth recently and my goal/my New year's resolution is tightly connected with this pilates studio. So see you there)... or may be not as it is super popular already and I need my platform at least three times a week)

Brilliant classes! Gemma is a great instructor, easy to follow and understand, strikes the balance between strict and encouraging very nicely. The set up is great, the Fitzrovia community centre is lovely and a friendly place. There are lots of time slots throughout the week to choose from. You get a water bottle and a towel apon arrival. You start the class and before you know it you are working hard but at your level, sweating away and enjoying it. At the end you do some finishing stretches and then spray & wipe down the pilates reformer machine, ensuring a good level of hygiene.
The packages are a bargain and last quite a while.

I've discovered the OMG factor in a corner of Fitzrovia -- it's called dynamic pilates.
Before I started training with them I'd jumped on to too many different band wagons. I signed up to classes, bought the clothing, watched the DVD, puffed away in gyms and had no staying power. But now, that's all changed.
The classes cater for all shapes and sizes and I was made to feel at ease and warmly welcomed by the trainer. Because they're small, you get individual attention. Even better, as I lack coordination when it comes to exercise, they're more then happy to correct me as often as needed. And if the exercises prove too much, there's no pressure to push myself beyond my limitations.
So, I'm sticking with it -- a first -- and seeing amazing results in a short space of time. After just seven classes, I noticed a difference and not long after that friends and family were commenting on my physique. It's ideal to tone up after weight loss or as part of a weight-loss regime. And best of all, it's keeping my interest and I really look forward to each class.
The classes have banished the tension and neck stress I get from being a busy, desk-bound executive. And the tightening of my leg ligaments, due to inactivity, has significantly improved.
These classes, with their fantastic trainers, are the best thing to happen to my body and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
