I've recently joined Ben's power yoga classes and have been really surprised by how much I am enjoying them - they are fun, physically demanding and relaxing at the same time. I have always been intrigued by yoga but have never found it active enough to keep me coming back for more so am pleased to have found a class that I enjoy! Ben is approachable & friendly; he has a great teaching style which relaxes & pushes you at the same time! Will definitely be back!

I do a lot of yoga but come out of Ben’s Power classes with fresh enthusiasm and insight. He draws on his wide range of PT, nutrition and mindfulness knowledge to deliver a class that builds strength and stamina as well as self awareness and compassion. His style is really welcoming and inclusive and he creates a sense of community and solidarity in the room while still imparting the essential yoga principles of alignment, breath and intention. Thanks Ben for another lovely class!

I been attending Ben’s HIIT training & Grid strength group sessions. He is very friendly, motivates & pushes you to achieve your goal. Almost feels like it’s one to one personal session. I would highly recommend Ben if you want to go for either high intensity training or even for friendly chat :)

I went to Ben Gemmell’s yoga classes having refrained from training with another teacher for years, and was lucky enough to do a one-to-one class, and felt a real sense of trust in him. I wanted to go further and had no idea how far to safety go having not been to a yoga class with another teacher for a long time, and Ben is an experienced yogi and a natural teacher. He took me further than I imagined and raisers my standard to a new level. If anyone wants to further their yoga and deepen their practice Ben is the teacher! Thank you Ben

Ben's approach to classes is very different to other classes that I have been to. He is very engaging and takes the time to learn each individual person and their strengths/weaknesses. The effect is almost like a personal PT session. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his field and I would recommend his classes.

Ben is an exceptionally motivational power yoga teacher with great emphasis on modern researched breathing techniques and encourages many postures that work on core strengths allowing you to achieve improvements in your health at greater speed than with other types of conventional yoga.

I've been working out with Ben twice per week for the past month as part of his HIIT training.
Ben is great at structuring his classes to get your heart rate to peak at regular internals
His HIIT classes are usually an extended warm up, followed by 3 rounds of TABATA and a structured cool down. Ben makes classes enjoyable and takes the time to learn everyone's name.
Ben is also very attentive in ensuring you follow correct form, and takes the time to make sure everybody is maximising their efforts

Ben was cover support for our yoga class and did a 5* job - I believe the hallmark for any great teacher/instructor is one that can gauge the ability of the class and gentle encourage and push them beyond their own beliefs. He is full of energy and his knowledge of breath work (pranayama) really stood out for me. Loved the fun element of pair work too! Hope to see you back soon Ben!

Ben has been my PT for a few months now and I couldn't recommend him more. Literally anything regarding yoga and nutrition but also bodyweight training, calisthenics etc... He's the full package.
