I've so far had one online yoga session with Aleksandra and hope to have more. She really tailored the session to my needs and helped me understand the root cause of my poor posture and back pain, and how I might start to fix it. I have never had such a personalised experience with any other yoga teacher. She allows you to go at your own pace and has a very gentle and caring way about her. I hope to book with Aleksandra again.

I really looked forward to my BollyX, Yoga and Relaxation classes each week.
Melbourne went through the longest lockdown in the world and with the time difference I was able to participate in Aleksandra and Mevy's classes.
I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone wanting to try BollyX classes. You'll feel amazing afterwards :)

I am so grateful to Aleksandra , thank you for teaching at BSNL (Brahmin Society North London).In the last few months of regular Yoga and pranayam there is no doubt I have slowly become flexible.The techniques of your therapy was unique , very powerful, energising our vital organs , including our brain and nerves. This increased energy control the emotions like fear (due to Covid )calmness inner strength to achieve goals, ability to laugh in this daunting times, above all feeling of happiness & sleeping peacefully.The knowledge of chakras was beneficial to yoga ancient practice which you can see can be taught to my grand children. Aleksandra's sessions are so helpful and she is such a empathic and understanding person. She meets the needs of the individuals in the group and ensures you is reassuring and kind to all. She creates an atmosphere that makes you feel you can open up and share with the group. I attend the Creative Writing for anxiety and trauma. It has been excellent so far! I highly recommend it.

Yoga on Zoom doesn’t have to be boring! Aleksandra was fun- we laughed a lot, but it was obvious she also knew her stuff.
Even in a group of 10 people, Aleksandra took the time to personally instruct me on how to improve my posture. Others had different requirements due to injury or illness, so she also happily catered to them too.
She also regularly sends me useful links.
I would definitely recommend trying one of Aleksandra’s classes. I have seen a variety on ‘Happy Stance’ so there is something for everyone.

As part of the WFWN committee, we held monthly sessions Yoga and Bolly X free for women in the borough and online. I have to say, I attended these myself and was very impressed with how Aleksandra adapted the yoga 🧘♂️ to women with different abilities i.e reduced mobility and demonstrated how certain exercises could be done in a chair or by using the furniture in the home to support.
Aleksandra also explained why certain moves had to be done in a specific way i.e by relaxing your shoulders and making sure shoulders were far from the ears. We have had the most amazing feedback from women in the community who have benefited from the comfort of their own home and I look forward myself to improve my physical and mental wellbeing through Yoga.

I have had 3 sessions now with Alexsandra and they have been very gentle, relaxing and tailored to my needs.
She guided me to find the source of where I hold tension in my body and helped me to release it.

Update: I have continued to work with Aleksandra weekly, it's been about 2 months now, in these sessions we have worked with all my muscle tension holding patterns, bringing awareness to parts I haven't noticed before.
I have had pain for many years from chronic health conditions, a knee injury and a deconditioned body. We are now gently working from my feet up, through my body, so I can gradually strengthen and correct poor posture and improve my health.
I didn't like exercise classes before as they were always to strenuous for me, so I felt unable to cope and would watch the clock for them to be over. These classes however are so gentle and they fly by. I'm immersed in a sense of feeling the potential of my body and slowly but surely, my posture is beginning to improve.
I can't thank Aleksandra enough and will continue to work with her. She is an amazing Yoga Therapist, is encouraging, reassuring and focuses her care and attention to ensure you get the most from a session. So much so, I have recommended her to friends with health conditions, as I'm sure they too will benefit, from not only her attention to detail with body work, but her wisdom and guidance in meditation and relaxation practices.

I first did a yoga class with Aleksandra 4 years ago. I hadn't previously enjoyed yoga when I had tried classes with other teachers but being aware of the health & relaxation benefits I decided to give Aleksandra's session a go....& I loved it! Her teaching style makes you feel as though you are benefitting from a private class even in a group session as she tunes in to each individual participant to give you personal pointers & feedback. She is very positive, encourages you to gently challenge your body & focuses on what your body can do. I needed this as I had become frustrated with what my body could no longer do as I got older! Aleksandra is the best Yoga teacher in walthamforest. From the very first day i saw Aleksandra i enjoy how she spoken calmly and how she have a lot of knowledge in all body movement. She have taught me how to adapt each movements to my body so that i won't be in too much pain. My experience took place at a local coffee shop/music bar called Huck’s. It created that community vibe and was intimate .The yoga approach Aleksandra uses is attentive to detail and acknowledges the essence of yoga, breath.
She is firm in her teaching, guiding us well, mixing it up with laughter to ease some of the body’s discomfort and slow down the mind.
