I have been attending classes here for several years now, often twice a week. My favourite teachers are Lucy and Alice. They are very different from each other - indeed all the teachers are different and it's worth experimenting a little to find the one you like. Lucy's style is very graceful and fluid, and you almost never stop moving. Alice is more precise and corrects the mistakes more. I think the combination of going to both of them is perfect. However Lucy is leaving soon - and we are all devastated. My body strength, flexibility and back issues have certainly improved a lot since going to these classes.
The classes run almost the whole year, certainly right through the summer unlike some places. My only very small complaint is that in summer the studio is too hot and in winter it's too cold. Fans and clothing layers solve these two extremes.

I Love Pilates is brilliant. I have been going to their classes for several years now and it has made such a huge difference to my well-being. The teachers are all great, and take trouble with you as an individual, even when the class has lots of people in it. It is well worth the mysterious process of tracking them down for the first time: discovering that little mews entrance, weaving through all the cars being repaired, finding the secret staircase at the back up to the fitness rooms then finally remembering the door code.... Do it!

I discovered I Love Pilates when I was looking for postnatal exercise. I have been doing yoga and ballet before, but I find Pilate fantastic at improving my body strength, especially after giving birth. I loved taking Hannah’s class on Sat morning. It’s the perfect class to get you ready for a great weekend.

I have been going to the over 60's class with Mary for 2 years. It is perfect having classes with my peer group as they are tailored to our needs. Mary makes the class very lively and fun. Most of the people have also been coming for a long time and everyone is very friendly and relaxed. I would highly recommend it

I have been using I love Pilates for two months now. I have an ongoing shoulder injury. Federica is a great instructor. One to one sessions with her helped me a lot. I feel much stronger. Also, the rest of the team is very kind. They reply emails very promptly.

I've been going to Lucy's Monday pilates class for almost a year now. It is the best class I've ever been to...Lucy teaches with a flow that is not as traditional as other pilates classes...she creates such a great atmosphere in the class and it has been the only class that has kept me coming back week after week. Lucy is now teaching a 7pm class so if you weren't able to make it to the 6 o clock class, now you have another chance!
