Very Unique Yoga Experience
I have been doing yoga with different approaches for three years and I have tried lots of different yoga studios but this was another story!
Joanna was very friendly and caring.She gave personal attention to every single person at the class and with her help I could manage to get to poses that I've never been able to.
She was very intuitive with my bodies limitations and gave me alternatives to achieve my best potential. Overall, highly recommended!

Iyengar Yoga was so much better than I expected! I have a bad hip and am not very active generally, so I was quite nervous about joining a yoga class - but I didn't need to be! Jo, the instructor, was very careful about my hip and explained what she was asking me to do clearly, and let me know how each position would help my general stability and well-being. I honestly can't recommend this service enough! If you're like me and think you can't, go along and give it a go - you'll surprise yourself!

Jo is a great teacher, she is passionate and gives clear and precise instructions. She cares about her students and always comes around to give you advice on how to improve your posture. I enjoy her classes and really feel I have done some work at the end, but in a relaxing way :) I highly recommend Jo!

As an older, slightly more creaky customer, I’d been searching for a class where this is taken into consideration. Not having done yoga before I was slightly apprehensive of what to expect. I found Joanna to be very welcoming and attentive tutor in tune with her attendees. She is constantly monitoring and is always on hand to help gently correct poses or provide alternatives for those of us with compromised frames.
I started going to Joanna’s classes around two years ago when it was suggested it might help with insomnia. I can honestly say I have enjoyed and benefited from every single one of them. I am definitely more supple than I used to be, it’s helped with sleeplessness and I continue to work on challenging areas with her support. I would highly recommend Joanna if you are thinking of starting a class with a personal touch.

Amazing sessions by Jo! She is an excellent instructor, passionate about Yoga and committed instructor. I enjoy her sessions as they are well paced and I feel so good after each sessions. Highly recommended!
