If it was possible to give more than 5/5 I would. One on one reformer Pilates with a level of attention and focus on your specific body/needs that you would never get at a class. Daniela is the perfect instructor- experienced, deeply knowledgeable and invested in your progress. Daniela set a goal of sustainable and natural long term health, with this approach I achieved impressive results after a few months almost as a side effect. If you are looking to develop your fitness, alignment, strength and support your mental health in a private and peaceful environment with someone who really knows what they are doing at a reasonable price then you’ve come to exactly the right place.

Where to start..! Dani has been my miracle these past couple of years! She took me on after years of neglect and poor nutrition and physical activity. Made me feel good about myself again by making me trust my strength and our process. Her classes are tailored to my goals and my progress week after week, and the dedication she puts in preparing the classes before hand and during our time together is really out of this world. I feel held and supported and that weekly hour has become my little joyful nest! Dani is clearly knowledgeable and knows various Pilates techniques making each class rewarding and different. She keeps track of my progress and always make sure that I notice how far I've come. She's an holistic teacher interested in the person as a whole and that's what I truly appreciate of her practice. After 2 years, I'm still here, def the longest I've ever been consistent on anything. Can't recommend her enough!!! Just give her a try ;)
