I attended Julie's yoga class during my pregnancy with my son. I can't recommend it enough. Not only did it keep me mentally and physically well during pregnancy, but it was also the best preparation that I did for birth. I used the breathing and postural techniques throuhout my birth and even listened to the soundtrack from class. I have made some very good friends from the class and we continue to meet with our babies. My son and I are now attending the mother and baby class. I am amazed how strong I am post birth and my son absolutely loves the songs and Julie's magic bells! Julie is a very special woman and so supportive, honest and calming. She nurtures a very empowering atmosphere.

Julie's classes were always a high point of my week during pregnancy and then postnatally. She creates a lovely, calm and nurturing atmosphere. I initially went to her postnatal class with my first child, then went back for the pregnancy and postnatal class with my second child. Her advice and techniques during the pregnancy classes made me feel confident and prepared for labour and birth of my second baby. The postnatal classes gave me a chance to meet other local mums and spend some quality time with my daughter. I can't recommend Julie's classes highly enough.

We have absolutely LOVED Julie's classes. They've been the best thing I've done with my little boy by quite some margin - we both really enjoyed them and continue to do your exercises and activities almost every day at home. She certainly runs something very special there. She creates a wonderful environment that the babies respond amazingly to, and somehow makes fun and space for both mum and baby. Something I've not experienced in any other class. She works some kind of magic on the babies - they love her!! Never seen my little one so calm and happy.

I attended Julie's sessions throughout my first pregnancy. I could still do the dog posture at full term! Her tips and advice prepare you for a more active natural birth and also get you into the right frame of mind for the baby's arrival. My son and I now attend her baby yoga sessions where she coaches us mums back into shape with moves often involving your baby so it's good for bonding etc. Also the social aspect with other ladies is one of the highlights of my week. At the end of the session there's some fun songs and moves to do with baby. So much so if ever he's grumpy we just do some quick moves and songs we've learnt from yoga and he's smiling and happy again. Another bonus my son sleeps super soundly the night after a yoga session.

I went to Julie's pregnancy yoga classes and mum & baby classes with both of my little ones. Her breathing techniques got me through most of my first labour which I thought was pretty impressive! A lovely relaxed environment and Julie provides great support and advice for all those pre/post natal niggles.
