Tania is a brilliant trainer, who is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a great motivator. She has a very hands-on approach - provides you with clear instructions and pays very close attention to ensure you're doing the correct movement and engaging the relevant muscles for each exercise. She has a passionate approach to Pilates helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I feel like I have come a long way, I'm much more toned and my core is much stronger. One of the main reasons for coming was to improve my posture and help with my neck/shoulder and lower back pain and stiffness that I suffer from as a result of my job. I can see a massive improvement in my posture and more aware of the way I hold myself. The pain and stiffness has been rectified.The knowledge and tips I have gained from Tania have had a massive positive impact on my performance when going for runs. The sessions are so much fun and I'm always looking forward to my next class!

I cannot recommend Peacock Pilates highly enough. Tania is an incredible teacher - full of encouragement, with clear instructions and a wonderful motivator. I came with little experience wondering if my core even existed (!) - but I feel like my body has completely transformed and friends and family have all commented on the difference. It’s the first summer I have worn a bikini with confidence! And my initial reason for coming, which was to help with my lower back pain caused by all the necessary carrying of my young children has been completely rectified. I am so much stronger now.
I have also introduced my husband to these classes to help with his posture and core strength and he is also now completely hooked. I can see a massive change in the way he holds himself and we often compare notes after classes about new muscles we have discovered (and who is strongest...yes it can get competitive!).
We both greatly look forward to our classes and it’s the only good thing about coming back from holiday - back to Peacock Pilates!
Highly highly recommend - you won’t look back but you’ll wonder why it took you so long to discover her!

I started Pilates lessons with Tania about four years ago following a recommendation by my physiotherapist who was treating me for painful lower back issues which had plagued me for nearly two decades. What Tania has done is nothing short of miraculous - I can't thank her enough for the physical strength she has given me; my lower back rarely bothers me these days. Tania's depth of knowledge, professionalism, level of care, clear instructions not to mention her passion and killer sense of humour (she is one of the funniest people I know) are unsurpassed. I've been practicing Pilates with Tania from my 16th week of pregnancy to 37th week, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience! Each time at the 1-1 session, I feel I am in a very safe place exercising my muscles, without worrying about hurting myself, or getting fatigue, which helps me stay strong throughout the pregnancy. Tania designed the sessions to suit my needs, i.e. to build strong back muscles (which comes very useful when carrying the baby) and strengthen my core& gluteus muscles (so to reduce the pressure in lower back). Besides from getting toned, I've also learned the importance of improving my posture in everyday activity. I've only put on 9kg (about 20pounds) throughout the pregnancy and I think the Pilates sessions definitely helped a lot!!!

I have been doing pilate for many years now and it is only since going to Peacock Pilate that I am experiencing the real thing. Having one to one lessons with Tania has been the best experience, we constantly try out new exercises and work on all areas of my body. Tania knows how to push you while still making the session fun and interesting. Not only you feel like you have had the best work out, the session also goes very quickly which in my eyes is always a good sign! I've been having 1 on 1 Reformer sessions at Peacock Pilates London for a while now and the transformation in my body has amazed me! I now look and feel slimmer and leaner, but mostly I had back and hip problems which caused me constant weakness and discomfort, but with the help of Tania's teaching and Pilates I am now fit and strong with NO back or hip problems! I would highly recommend her to anyone!! She makes the Pilates sessions more dynamic and fun then other places I tried and the trampoline is a good way to do cardio in a safe and injury free way.

A few years ago I had a serious skiing accident which meant I could not do any hard sporting activity for quite some time. Being used to gym training I found it difficult to know what exercises I could and could not do to try and improve my back strength and fitness level.

I have tried Pilates several times before, but Tania, the instructor by far was the best, She pays attention to the slightest detail and makes sure that the I use the correct movement while doing the exercise . I took 8 continuous sessions with her and noticed great improvement in my fitness level. After that I travelled to Austria for skiing and OMG I felt nothing , no pain at all (we skied for more than 5 hours a day) . Thank you Tania you're the best !!

I went to Peacock Pilates after the birth of my second child - it was my second c-section and so i desperately needed to strengthen my core and my pelvic floor muscles in a way that was gentle, safe and yet effective. Pilates was definitely the answer for me. At Peacock the lessons are 1 on 1 and Tania is just an amazing teacher - she really listens to you, to find out exactly what it is you want to get out of Pilates - what are your goals for your body - and then she tailors each lesson towards helping you achieve those goals. She is with you every step of the way - she pushes you and keeps you motivated. Throughout the lesson she is correcting you and telling you exactly what muscles are being tested - i really like that as you arent just imitating the teacher (as with other classes), with Tania, at Peacock, you are actually learning how that movement is helping you. She is also always introducing new moves, new techniques - keeps you on your toes and so the lessons are never boring.... When i became a little stronger and more able, Tania introduced the cardio-tramp...and wow, that is so much fun! It is a great way of getting in shape - i love that i am actually bouncing my way to a better body! Huge fan of Peacock Pilates! :)

Tania, founder of Peacock Pilates London and a highly qualified personal pilates instructor was fully dedicated to aligning my posture through multiple exercises on the Reformer. I arrived into London for 3 day business trip and scheduled a session each day. I left London with a full body workout, feeling tall and strong. The one on one sessions have strengthened my core muscles and eliminated any pain in my lower back. I highly recommend Peacock Pilates with its Reformer and mat based pilates training. You feel the difference and muscle tone instantly. Cant wait to be in London again for more Pilates at Peacock.

I have been going to Peacock Pilates for over 6 months now, on a regular basis. I have seen a massive improvement in my fitness, posture, BMI and overall energy levels. Tania, the instructor, has tailored her approach to my specific needs, making sure I strengthened steadily, and has paid great attention to my physical sensitivities. Also she is great company: a sophisticated conversationist and a good laugh (when exercises allow, of course). I do recommend it.

Amazing. I love 1-on-1 Reformer Pilates! It's the first time I have actively delighted in muscle ache the day after a workout. It's always in a different place as Tania works such specific areas; inner thigh, upper abs, butt... I love how a session feels so controlled & precisely honed for me, but can be as intense a workout as I want. I never feel at risk of injury however hard I work, as the moves are so controlled and Tania seems to have x-ray vision when it comes to correct form! Sometimes it is difficult to walk down the stairs on my trembling legs afterward (which I really like!), but after only a few sessions I can already see a visible difference in my muscle tone and am actively looking forward to more 1-on-1 sessions. The Pilates Studio is right next to Paddington station but is very calm and sweet despite being smack in the centre of London. Tania is an inspiring & encouraging teacher/personal trainer who has boundless energy and enthusiasm for Pilates and clearly practices what she preaches.

I just had a great 1-on-1 Pilates Reformer session on the Reformer and the Cardio-Tramp! Whoever said Pilates is not for men has clearly never tried it at Peacock Pilates London! It was really challenging yet fun and it was an excellent workout. I worked muscles that I've never used before and I felt like it was helping to strengthen my injured shoulder. I have already booked in for my next Pilates session. I highly recommend them.

Peacock Pilates London is a fabulous studio near Paddington station which teaches 1-on-1 Pilates sessions on the Reformer machine. Tania's teaching has helped me tone up my bum (apparently i should call them glutes), and my upper body looks more defined plus my posture is improved. Loved bouncing on the Cardio Tramp- feels like being a kid again. I do a fair amount of pilates and her teaching is great whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro.

ABSolutely love it!!!! Tania is amazing in explaining each movement and i'm new in Pilate and understood all the movements that had to be done (not saying i did them right ... haha) and been corrected straight away if needed!!!
