Rosa is an attentive teacher who guides the class intuitively. She provides adjustments and thoughtful cues to everyone in the class and provides plenty of options for different levels. Having also had Rosa as my PT I would recommend her in a heartbeat as someone to motivate and encourage you, no matter your level of fitness. And whilst she may always be smiling, she's a fierce teacher (in a good way!) with more strength than looks possible in her slight frame 😆 Thanks Rosa, you rock xx

If you are looking for a Pilates teacher who really can help you look after your body, I couldn’t recommend Rosa more highly. Her knowledge is so impressive and she will really help you enhance your practice. She is a breath of fresh air and has been so supportive and was invaluable to me when training to become a Pilates teacher. She is so trusted with her knowledge and teaching that Body Control Pilates have her on board as a supervising teacher

After several attempts to find good Pilates classes in the Balham area I found Pilates Plus Wellness. Not only are the instructors incredibly competent, the classes are also truly pitched at the right level. In particular, this is the only properly advanced class that I have found, unlike others in the area. I have been going to both Rosa and Cat's classes for nearly 2 years now and they are both excellent instructors - calming and fun, and adjust the exercises to your needs. The classes have built my core strength, back strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

I have been enjoying Rosa's pilates classes for a few years. Her teaching is clear, well demonstrated and easy to follow. She gives hands on guidance, individual attention and encourages and praises us. She also regularly supervises students which means that the hands on supervision and guidance for all the class is increased. The online booking system makes it straightforward to cancel a class if needed and book it for another time. The classes cater for those new to pilates and those with more experience.

Really enjoyed this class and have not felt a single twinge in my back since starting. Love the way you can work at the pace that suits you, often there is a harder or simpler stretch to do depnding on your ability/ back needs!
