Sophie is knowledgeable, kind, caring and supportive. I really enjoyed her postnatal Pilates classes both on Zoom and in person. You could tell Sophie tailored each class to the ladies attending. Her routines were enjoyable and I always came away feeling stronger and more confident about my body post birth. Thank you, Sophie!

I did Pilates with Sophie after my son (now nearly 4) and this year after my daughter. It was one of the highlights of mat leave and really helped me re-locate my abs! It’s an enjoyable class and Sophie is a very positive and attentive teacher. I’ve learned a lot about body posture and my pelvic floor that will help the rest of my life. I always recommend Pilates to new mums. It really helped me with post natal issues I’ve had after a forceps delivery and a caesarean. I can’t think of a better way to get back in shape after a baby and can’t recommend Sophie highly enough!

Would highly recommend Sophie’s classes. I started when my baby was about 2.5 months old and have continued for the past 6 months. The classes were a really great way of helping support my body’s recovery as well as seeing other mums and babies. Sophie is very supportive and knowledgeable with all the classes having lots of options.

Sophie is a fantastic pilates instructor!! I've previously done pilates but not enjoyed classes as they've just been fast pace with giving no attention to the breath and people's different levels. I was apprehensive about starting but knew it was important for my postpartum recovery. I started 8 weeks postpartum and it was the best decision I made. Sophie ensures the classes challenges everyone in the group and had a real inclusive feel. I understand about the connection of my pelvic floor and breath. She is warm, welcoming and truly understands if you arrive missing half your equipment or have to spend most the session feeding or calming your baby. I feel stronger than before my baby!!!
